Just cause something still uses sprite tech doesn't mean its not 64 bit -doom64 perfect example, also think on how much harder with the tech they had to make a 3d game over a simple 16 or 32 bit sprite game (gba is 32bit) - and also the N64 was not made yet

Yeah, unlike Atari, couldn't survive evolution of gaming. Apparently not making good games does have negative effects, you just can't make a system successful off the name alone like Atari figured.

Problem is that like some developers quoted that the chipset wasn't complete. It had serious bugs that would lock up the system. It was hard to program for, much harder than it's competitors. So obviously they didn't get support from Atari, so they said "FUCK ATARI" so the Jag failed.
Alien vs predator was a good atari jaguar game, it really put the thing to sweat in graphics.
