@vbchic17 the best I can explain is basically you're jumping from one position to the next. Try and get the two positions down first so your body can memorize them. Then try jumping from one to the other. Add arms in the air. Then, finally, try and pop your hip while in the air.

It's a tough move XP

@fyroo8 It tends to be easier when it's mirrored, because you just follow whatever they're doing. They go left, you go left. If it weren't mirrored you would have to flip all of the moves yourself.
