  • Don Modzelewski is said to have done 215 x 6 with NO body movement considering the build he had I believe it. Terry Szopinski looked like he could have done 275 x 6 without body movement. Everything is relative. Many men can't DL the weight shown here.

  • @jostrohar in order for me t oname u a recognized bodybuilder, he would have to be well known and thereforee a pro...which means hes a PRO..... pros can curl 135.....but theyre fucking pros. and hell i bet there are some pro bodybuilders that cant strict curl 135....135 is a lot of weight. the vast majority of regular weightlifters can not even cheat curl 135......cheat curling 95 is a feat for most lifters...and no im not weak myself i can strict 130-135

  • You swing to get pass the sticking point and get to where your biceps are activated (around 90 degree bend from elbow). You see big guys lifting this way to overload their muscles.

    The rest of you have fun curling 30 lbs db isolation curls and enjoy your huge gains.
