Don Modzelewski is said to have done 215 x 6 with NO body movement considering the build he had I believe it. Terry Szopinski looked like he could have done 275 x 6 without body movement. Everything is relative. Many men can't DL the weight shown here.
There is nothing wrong with cheating when you are doing curls but this is just ridiculous. If you find yourself cheating that much go down slowly on the negative so you at least get some bicep pump out of it.
I would have put cheat curl in the title though just to ward off the non strict movement trolls.
Lemme tell ya though you have to have some strong ass forearms to even HANDLE moving weight from 160 lbs and above. if you don't, then you will get forearm splits, they fuckin hurt lol

You swing to get pass the sticking point and get to where your biceps are activated (around 90 degree bend from elbow). You see big guys lifting this way to overload their muscles.
