Volcker should have been the Fed Chairman or Treasury Sec.....if you will hire a thief among K or Wall Street....at lease get one who knows how 2 rig the system and committed to fixing it for taxpayers.

@hippieCy08 He was the Fed Chairman from 79'-87', appointed by Jimmy Carter. After he left to become the chairman of a banking firm, Greenspan became the new Fed Chairman, appointed by Reagan, and the rest is history. Volcker is currently in charge of the Economic Recovery Board created by Obama, but the amount of influence Volcker has on policy is probably dismal at best.
