plasterboard and metal studs - it definately looks the part but there is a lot of work involved, especially sanding and perparing for decorations. they also have a manufactured double leaf door frame / i guess an off the shelf item from a hardware store.
if you are looking for a standard wardrobe - you could measure it out and with the use of some drawings - plan it, have the panels cut to size and put it together yourself. Thats if you are into DIY
i meant to add to the last paragraph... you can use the old school melamine faced chipboard. Quick and easy, not quite the same aesthetics. hope that helps

Still, not quite want I was looking for as I am looking to create a fitted wardrobe (in the loft eves) with a face frame so that it looks as it it has a Black Walnut frame and will probably have made to mesure angled acrylic doors.
