85*0.15=13hp

if u go to a place with no or little degen then replace mending and heal breeze with SoA and SH

if goin to a place with lots of degen then go with mend and HB

that build would work in hard mode if your good.

there is no point in farming that boss in normal, scar eater is way over farmed and isnt worth anything anymore. only reason to farm him is the elite monk tome ~ can't get in normal

yeah that's better than to have 55hp but he is not in HM... and in HM if you kill some mobs, your health increase to 55hp... cause he has 15% of malus

I think you don't drop a lot in NM now... You can have the green item but in HM you have golds too... so that's better to farm with 55hp there^^

he got 13 hp, he uses skill so he can only take 10% of his max hp...

10% of 13 = 1.3 hp + he got +10 health regen if not more... he almost impossible to kill...

and to have 13hp, its VERY simple. you need the same equip as the 55hp, but just wear a -20hp instead of the -50hp focus. thats it.

no look, he has 13hp and protective spirit, meaning he can only lose like 1.3hp per hit. It may be able to do 60 dmg with power attack but he will only lose 1.3hp, with the high regen of health he gets healed very fast. But vimpiric touch steals life, and protective spirit can not reduce life steal damage, as it doesnt count as real damage, so vampiric touch can 1hit him.

If anyone has life steling above 55 you will die no matter how lower ur health (talking about 55 onks/necros). Life stealing goes thru Prot spirits. 13 hp is best for this because he is using Sliver armor (blocks attacks). SO it really doesnt matterhow low his health.

If ur kurzick or luxon it depends on the side which has the town or the shrine wont respawn u. In addition an E/A can farm this both on HM and NM too and way faster. Other than that Great job and good thinking.

the point is for lower hp that you get much faster hp recovery with heeling breez or something other. and with protection spirit you will only lose 10% from your healty as damage. So if there are no mesmers who can remove enchantments you are inviceble!

The lower hp is for Protective spirit. Protective spirit only lets you lose 10% of your health when active. 10% of 13 is 1.3hp, rounded to which is 1 hp. With Healing Breeze also active, this means that you cannot lose any health at all. Does that make sense? :)

the purpose of going down to 13 is that you can take on more enemies. the non-SoA build he is using can take on more enemies due to due the immediate healing effects of healing breeze. a normal 55 monk can only handle up to 16 max enemies at a time, plus with barbs that limit is halved.

my guildy farms at level 18, at 15 hp, and she can tank up to 30 enemies (with barbs on, too) and not even get any visable health loss.

Sorry but the E/A build is loads better than that and you don't have to die either. With silver armor it always attacks the scar eater first 100% off the time making it an easy kill, pity silver armor isn't 100% for every boss though.

sup, YES i am lvl 20 and i have 13hp... a lot better than the little 55hp, cause each time enemy hits you, you take 1 DMG, and thats why i cast shield of absorbtion. DOING THAT, YOU TAKE FUCKIN 0(ZERO) DMG !! xD

and to get 13hp, you only need the -15% dp and a -20hp thing and i dont know where to get it cause i buyed from an other player.
