This seems great an all but if you have a iPhone you can easily get tethered enabled on the phone for free from one of my videos I favorited in my channel. I tether my 3g on my iPhone to my macbook on the go and it has a download speed of 1295kbps and an upload speed of 156 kbps. So I don't have to pay an extra $40-$60 for mifi, Just use my iPhones 3g which I already pay for with AT&T. Although with mifi you can use skype on the iphone anywhere you go since skype can't make calls over 3g.
If you got a windows mobile phone and you have internet on it(hopefully unlimited), then get WMWifirouter. Does the same thing as that card and it wont cost you an extra plan or anything

MiFi is great, I got the Sprint Version and it's amazing!! ...I don't see what the point in getting the Verizon version is, the Sprint one has the GPS features (not GPS Navigation) and they actually don't mind if you stream or play online games.
yea we had the USB Modem from them basically the same thing in a way but we gifured it out and in the one month period we would have used at least 11GB and that would have cots like $500 thats horrible considering we get like 100GB+ from Qwest DSL for $29.99 a MONTH!

Ah but that kind of test is testing the network speeds aviable to the divice. A Mac is not that much differnt than a pc with the same specs. How ever a iPod touch goes slower than compter on the same network. But iPod touchs go faster than that and so does the iPhone on 3G with lower network capattacy than most computers. Verizon sucks if you are in a building for the most part, and yes I will admit they have more 3G towers up than AT&T, but I always have signal, all over the U.S. and in other countries, especially Europe, but it always seems my friends with Verizon can't get signal in areas I can. Learn your facts, do real world research and not off of a Brochure.
Oh and btw I use both, my company I work for uses Verizon and tends to have issues all the time with connectivity and signal, I don't with my personal AT&T Phone.

Well, you could download Mac OS X, Leopard, or Snow Leopard when it comes out. So you have a good, cheap laptop, with some mac features.

because someone would use more data than $60 worth ? Like for texting theey make it unlimited because you would have to send tens of thousands of messages just to make verizon (and all other carriers) not make money, which is highley unlikely.

No, because a good chunk of AT&T phones can already share the internet connection, which is faster, and more reliable, and less money for their plans when using a AT&T Connect card anyways. :-)
