that was episode 65 Mission:Match Up Sonic and the others are fed up with the Metarex, and they need a break. Unbeknownst to them, Cosmo is trying to organize a secret party for them, but things don't go exactly as planned. that part was only in jappan it was cut out from the 4kids 1 in the U.S

Yeah 1 more thing hears what it says 4Kids removed when Vector was daydreaming many scenes involving Tails and Cosmo, including a popular one involving Tails in a purple shirt, Black pants, white shoes and Cosmo wearing a light blue dress and holding an Umbrella.
