  • Where can I get this tab?

  • @KKZG I think it's in the files section of the Yahoo gobyfish list.

  • Well played, great cover!

  • @aprymak Thank you. I'll be redoing this one in HD and a little slower...

  • I didn't see this TAB on Gobyfish... has it been moved? Can someone point me to it? Thanks!

  • The ASCII tab is under "Files" in the gobyfish group. Just checked.

  • OK, not quite Don's level, but very nicely done!

  • What a great cover. Awesome playing!

  • This is awesome. Well played!!!

  • Great cover. Thanks for tabbing it out on Gobyfish.

  • Thanks Mike. I should redo this one with the new Mac camera, and slow it the fuck down!

  • kinda rock on ! the same as the original

  • Thanks. Similar to the original... but in a higher key! Ha ha!

  • Wow!

  • Heh heh. Fear not, I'll be re-posting a clearer/cleaner vid in the new year. Cheers.

  • Great! You play very well.

  • I was Just Curious is that a Kit Guitar? It has Great Sustain and Sounds Awesome! Stellar Playing Too!

  • No. It was build from scratch from billets.

  • Great sound likewise for the playing. Enjoyed this very much!! thank you. Check Judy and I out from Vancouver Island Canada.

  • Very nice !

  • Excellent! I prefer it played at this pitch than Don's version. Not a huge fan of baritone guitars, but I'll admit the Huron Street version of 'Catherine' has a whole new dimension on it.

  • My friends were somewhat skeptical of the higher pitch but they've been convinced. There are a few songs like that. i.e. I play Dracula and Friends Pt. 1 in DADGCE because it's a much easier tuning solution in a performance setting.

  • nicely played it sounds good in DADGAD i was a bit worrie but im learning it now in that tuning haha i wish i had a baritone

  • I've played a Laskin baritone. Cool. I'm not convinced of its flexibility, but I may have to build one anyway just to chill the g.a.s.

  • Fantastic job! Are there tabs available to this song or did you learn it by ear? I don't think Frank has this one and its not on Don's site.

  • Hey Colin, check the gobyfish forum. I posted an ASCII version in the files directory.

  • Oh, I learned it by ear. I also had Don show it to me once on the baritone since he didn't play it live (claimed it was too hard!); my visual memory is really good...

  • I've watched all of your vids now. Well done! I particularly like "Annie and Martin". That's a fun one. Don Ross is very good at making music that makes you want to move, tap your feet, bang your drum, etc., etc. You have obviously spent much more time practicing than i have :). Looking forward to seeing more of your postings. Do you have any original compositions to share?

  • Thanks ddbb. Unfortunately I have nothing original to share at this time.
