acually a les paul jr is a les paul, its not a different brand that billie had made for him, gibson made them along time ago for a budget model of the les paul and there billies favroite guitar it has nothing at all to do with his hands, but he does have a signature les paul jr if thats what you were thinking of

When I first listened to greenday I didn't know how to tell the difference between a Les Paul and a Flying V, now that I can I just noticed it since I haven't watched a greenday music vid in months.

It's not a Les Paul per se. He has his own brand of what are called Les Paul Juniors. He uses them because his hands are too small for an actual one. But he's used it since Warning I believe.
