  • I have knee cap and knee pain at times, at least on one knee for some time , and have done numerous yoga at home in a bedroom floor space for many years which help and now pi.lates exercises which also help, there are no suitable classes nearby as i live on an island. But i did go to yoga classes for 5 years when i lived on the mainland, good luck with exercises and relaxation whatever you do

  • I have no core strength and was motified when I tried my first PIlates class. I have to practive more so i can be more fit and look good and legnthened. I hate my height.
