I smoked for over 30 years and I would stop here and there for a few months for one reason or another. I recently stopped for good because I am striving for a new career and you can't do drugs.
I used it for 2 reasons and they are to sleep and also stop my restless leg syndrome. Works amazingly well when you sit there at night and can't stop your leg from shaking or feeling tense so you have to move them. Pot stopped that and I felt it was helping me a great deal. If you smoke at night I recommend Indica to sleep and if you smoke during the day then I would recommend Sativa because it doesn't bring you down or make you tired.

I used it for 2 reasons and they are to sleep and also stop my restless leg syndrome. Works amazingly well when you sit there at night and can't stop your leg from shaking or feeling tense so you have to move them. Pot stopped that and I felt it was helping me a great deal. If you smoke at night I recommend Indica to sleep and if you smoke during the day then I would recommend Sativa because it doesn't bring you down or make you tired.

I stopped smoking for good a few months ago because of work drug tests and work is more important but there was NO problem or issues quitting. I think we all share the same opinion...BS. I no longer smoke but did for years, heavily. I have no lasting effects, no psychosis. If anything it help with my depression (which I no longer deal with). I think the worst thing I can think of when it comes to marijuana use is smoking it. But today vaporizing it and eating it is very popular and in my opinion the way to go. To say marijuana causes schizophrenia is just misleading. These kids were predisposed from the start. If d-9 tetrahyrocannabinol causes psychosis and schitzophrenia, and d-9 THC is almost structurally identical to anandamide, and anandamide occurs naturally as a neurotransmitter, wouldn't that make anandamide harmful as well?
