  • OMG OMG OMG okay so I'm a girl .. & George Michael is HOT

  • Fucking poof

  • @1sudano lmao!

  • Perhaps the most melodic thing George Michael ever wrote. I'm stunned by how catchy this is.

  • @Blue85828 - ya still love this song!

  • Gosh....now I gotta go take a bath.....alone

  • A classic song of the 80´s

  • My fave from Wham! 1984 a great year for me!!

  • grandiosi

  • Such a bright and outgoing personality...he's the perfect frontman.--It also doesn't hurt that he is dropdead GEORGEous!!!

  • gay

  • Taking PCP before watching this video takes the edge off all the "gayness."

  • George Michael is just appallingly, phenomenally talented. My dad played his stuff alot when I was a kid, and still does - on a road trip a few months ago, George Michael there AND back lol.

  • Everyone was Happy in the 80's!

  • @honchochief

Not the folks getting bombed by IRA terrorists!

  • @Isthisthelongestname Sorry for those folks

  • @honchochief

    np mate :)

  • Aye, I remember it fondly, I was on a years working holiday in Australia, I was young tanned & met lovely girls, fine song george lad, just get a grip of yer life laddie you're gifted.

  • Andrew was so HOT! And bless George and his cracked out behavior. :-) He's a cutie.

  • Wham performed it on Top of The Pops, in September 1984.

  • @ccssiimmoo If you don't like George Michael, don't watch his videos...?

  • That was the hottest thing I've ever seen.

  • Noel Edmonds on keyboards, good to see him diversifying.

  • super gay !

  • Comment removed

  • One of the greatest songs of the 80's. Still love it now.

  • Wonderful song, so ironic too. He'll come out fine through this time.

The drummer knows the song well, he did every break and hihat open, must of been the studio drummer, just wanted to point that out.

  • I guess he'll be singing this more now that he's been sent to prison. HA!!!

  • @ccssiimmoo

    Good one haha! :P

  • 2:18 "part time love just brings me DOWN" and he points at his crotch

  • It's a sissy Sonny Crockett without the stubble!

  • Maybe i'm old but I remember it quite well, and this was good !!!!

  • why in the hell did they have to cancel top of the pops? ok, a lot of today's mainstream music is crap. yet, there's always something that will stand out that will get everyone watching like the time the smiths first came on. let's kick whoever decided to cancel one of the greatest shows ever.

  • @thevoid99

because of the internet duh! in the 60,70,80 and mostly 90s people didnt have the net so the charts and totp were a huge draw.....not now people can go online and listen/download any track anytime. Thre are probably other factors too but the net is a major factor.

  • did anyone ever sing live on totp's lol

  • shes making a fool of you !!!!

  • I get funny looks from my coworkers when I'm listening to this song on my iPod/headphones. Can't sit completely still. :-)

  • @Dewey1972c Andrew Ridgeley? He did something with his brother who was the hired percussionist for Bananarama after Wham split. Now he lives down south (If wikipedia is to be believed) ;)

  • great dancer!

  • He may like teh c0ck, but he is a hell of a songwriter and performer.

  • Yes he is good at what he is doing

  • pretty fgood song by wham, took me back to m,y childhood i used to listened this song again and again and again, good old days the old school time,,,,,

  • great song

  • is he lip syncing? looks like he is

  • @BreakB97598 Yes. Most definately. 99.9% of acts on Top Of The Pops were limp syncing. It was very rare to get a live vocals during the 80s and early 90s. It was only until a statute law in the late 90s that prevented lip syncing that we got all performers singing live. Hence the majority of bands chose not to perform on the show at all (live performances do not have the advantage of voice enhancements from a studio recording).

  • @countkostaki AGREED..Shit, you can't hardly get a full concert-let alone a live award show performance now. Look at Brittney spears..lmao. The shows back then..did NOT sing live and they barely do now. I seen Barry Manilow on the Early Show-like a year or 2 ago..He was coughing when he was suppose to be starting to sing..lol and kept looking back like, don't start this if I don't stop coughing..ROFL. Then, Julie Chen said, he sounded so great live-OMG He could barely keep up..lol

  • Also, @countkostaki @countkostaki Look at Janet Jackson on these last shows she's been doing..She's not singing live. You can almost bet 100% when they are doing that much dancing and wearing the earpiece mic..It's NOT 100 % live-if at all. Some guy came on stage and you couldn't even hear Brittney screaming at him-her mic was off..LMAO It through her off balance and her dancers had to keep helping her to get on track.

  • it #3 in the US. Anybody know what became of the US band called Wham, which caused George & Andrew to be called Wham!UK here in the states?

  • Lovely 80's!

  • agreed

  • U r pretty stupid judging by this comment..

  • hahah no way! he used to have great moves! and his hips - fabulous xD

  • haha

  • so is your spelling cymru-sheep

  • It doesn't matter whether he is gay or straight.

  • 80s THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • These 2 men came onto the scene and had to make themselves powerful to make it, thus the hyped up music and dancing which I friggin love, now George is one of the best vocalists in the music business, he really matured and found his own voice, awesome!

  • One of the best voices ever, and very talented songwriter.

  • Such a great, distinctive voice. When Simon Le Bon takes over from him in DTKIC, I fall about with boredom:(

  • andrew ridgely is great

  • :) Most underrated insignificant band bamber ever, IMO.

  • I like this song and all, but I had a seizure watching this damn video.

  • George Michael is the man! Great song!

  • ahhhh memories of the good old 80's!!!!I love this song!!!:)

  • A lad that used to write the lyrics to HIS OWN songs on the way back from school on the bus you just know he was gonna be a star!.

  • Love love LOVE this song. George's dancing is also rather special ;)

  • you almost wonder if George is going to hurt himself.....

  • Great! Voice, Great Remembersssssssss

  • george really does have a great voice though, and it's pure and has great tone to it!!

  • Is there an official video of this song?

  • I never knew Noel Edmonds played keyboards for Wham!

  • @TroyDouglas917

    Thats not Edmonds. it's Beadle.

  • yes this lyp sync who cares he can sing live betetr then any other

  • Yeah the eighties rule. And just wouldn't the people of the eighties have just loved the world wide web? The internet did actually exist back in the 80s, but only as none graphical ultra expensive dial up and the only useful programme was usenet a none graphical set of online forum and then later IRC chat again none graphical. The world wide web would not appear until the end of 1993 and then it was very expensive until 2000.

  • I am sure I would luv it...growing up in the 80s have so many fond memories ..i wish at that time digital camera exist! It wld be splendid....they dont make music like they used to in the 80s..

  • @InternetUser1999 and then of course, we were all put off by War Games. Just in case we pressed the wrong button...

  • Lip synched concert is lip synched.

  • 80s rulez..no qualm about it

  • Blimey George, slow down mate, you'll pull a muscle.

    Great song. Like classic Motown.

  • @davidparker999 If he was doing LIVE vocals, I guarantee you that he wouldn't be moving around and dancing like that....

  • @davidparker999 - haaahaaa! ya thinks he`s a bird??

  • I loved this tape! =)

  • reminds of the 80's ...........and the lovely hannah

  • @HFraeGala He's lip-syncing (and the band is miming).

  • @HFraeGala

Everytime I click on this vid your comment always makes me laugh haha, true lol.

  • @HFraeGala What a shame he's gay

  • This song does have a 60's feel to it!

  • start 1:36

  • Andrew Rigeley lives in the South of France with his wife, Keren, from Bananarama and their son, Thomas. He is an enviromentalist and he owns a pub.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!

  • I can't believe people were surprised when he got out of the closet, because his moves are clearly gay... and also his voice, especially in the song "everything she wants", his "whooo!!!... the evident can't be denied.

  • Thank you for saying that. When I read that people were shocked that George Michael was gay, I was like what the hell did you think?

  • can some body know what name is the guy with george plz?

  • The other boy from Wham! is Andrew Ridgely.

  • was that guy his fiance?

  • nash, I think Andrew Ridgly is straight ( his partner in Wham)

  • Andrew Ridgely is straight and married to one of the girls from the British pop band Bananaramma.

  • Scarlet yes I know,,but thank you.

  • he was so beautiful muahhhsss out too him.

  • I remember this like it was yesterday.
