We've taken hardly any casualties compared to the guerrilla fighters and are doing better than the Russians did. But it comes at a cost. Coming from a military, family I know that the military spares no expense when it comes to safety equipment and weapons. If a soldier needs it he gets it. Every muslim nation hates israel with a passion, so it only seems fit that they would want to challenge israeli dominance. The US needs a cut in defence budget bad, they spend much more than china and russia is cutting its military. Theres no need to spend $600 billion on defence, its dead to the economy

If I need the opinion of a country more bankrupt and corrupt than my own I'll be sure to consult Russia. After all 9 out of the last 10 rockets they have tried to send into space have failed to make it into orbit. I dare you to research it yourself. Their military is a joke. They build a prototype, claim it can do 10x what it actually can, then cancel the project, only to have proganda/ political power pictures to surface later. It happens on every weapon they build.

Nazi Germany was fighting a war on two fronts including America in 1941, and they had been somewhat weakened in numbers and strength by their conquest that tore through Poland, France, etc.

We've taken hardly any casualties compared to the guerrilla fighters and are doing better than the Russians did. But it comes at a cost. Coming from a military, family I know that the military spares no expense when it comes to safety equipment and weapons. If a soldier needs it he gets it. Going to war with Iran would be a terrible decision and damage the economy. The people there are not terribly oppressed and they seem to like it.

If Iran would have been easy to take, we'd attacked them while we had 250K troops next door in Iraq. We didn't, which tells me the US is aware of what this Russian is saying is true. Besides, I really don't think Russia or China would just sit back while we dropped bombs on Iraq.
Iran has great air defenses, the latest and greatest. Their troops aren't arab cowards, they are Persians and proud in their own right. We should let Israel attack them, God will protect them anyway.
