I took it from the beginning that he was crazy when you see the video of a dude torturing a woman to death. Could have been him. The man who poked his eye out fascinated him, so when he lost himself in his fantasy, he invented a version of him to be his guide. It was clear by the way scenes would suddenly shift that he wasn't in reality. He raised his daughter to drink blood, killed his wife, then cut out his tongue, finally coming to the conclusion that he could not exist in the real world.
Pretty much sums up my experiences with dating asian girls: suck all the life force out of you while making you do it to yourself and then smiling while you gasp for breath trying to figure out wtf just happened. But in all seriousness, this movie is 1 hell of a mindf*&%. Reminiscent of oldboy but doesn't make me want to retire my boy parts. Thanks for uploading. Made my day.
what's the ending suppose to mean? is he going to die? is he gonna end up like her, stark naked and always speechless? is she going to eat him? are they inlove with each other? is he going to stay there? "sigh" i'm very sorry for being stupid......o.O

@quEroNie He explained it in part 6. He raised his daughter to drink blood, and my interpretation of this rather disturbing movie is that she bled him to death. That last part where she's leading him down is his soul going to hell.
@wijayapala okay...but why the hell is her daughter naked and living under some sort of sewer? and how come she was still alive while she was hand cuffed or whatever? sorry for bothering you with these stupid questions T-T
@quEroNie No problem, it's not like I really understand this movie either. My guess is that he really didn't find her in the sewer, that's just what his mind was telling him. Remember, from the time he tosses away his Prozac, his mind could be anywhere.
The_Secret_Skull (1st review below) has a different interpretation, he sees the film entirely through Masuoka's eyes and that nothing he sees is real:
@wijayapala That's wrong. Prozac is an anti-depressant, I am currently on it. It's not for people who are mentally insane, just depressed. It calms down people's emotions when they are sad. :/

@wijayapala Sorry, I don't really enjoy comedies. D: I prefer horror flicks... If you watch anime, I hear Azumanga Daioh and Nichijou are pretty good uppers. Very funny. :3
