  • its not accurate to say "African" music africa is a continent! each country has different music,morroccan music isnt like nigerian, egyptian music isnt like south african..we dont say european..we say italian,irish,etc. osibisa is ghaninian..soo its ghaninian,not african.

  • Saw them in 1972 I think, either the Boat or Union Rowing Club by the River Trent, Nottingham, UK. Did not what to expect. I had guessed that they were a reggae band. Criss cross rhythms that explode with happiness. Blew my mind.
