  • lol you made it look like a drama movie :)

  • Hey, great work on this lol, just wondering what specific tracks you used to make it? I know the first one is track 3 "lesionnaire", but what about the second piece?

    Thanks :D

  • C H A R M

    bahahahahahah

  • 'He's got it all' 'cool' lol

  • 'hes got everything' 'cool' lol

  • hahahahhahahahahahahaahahahahah, its funny cause hes a murderer.

  • If you never saw before, you might think this looks like a very touching film.

I had a strange thought. When Patrick meets most of the girls in this film, he usually kills them after he does one of his explanations on how great a particular song is or his love of that music. If he ever met a girl that had a love of music to where she was describing music just like himself, would he be impressed enough to not kill her?

  • god i love Christian Bale

  • Even as a low emphatic shallow person i am, the songs give a warm feeling of hope specially at, 0:24. it feels your nostrils with a slight passion of love in g. The song should be more trendy, well least for someone great like me.

  • Susan: Oh Patrick my love, your home, how was work?

Patrick: I killed Paul Allen with an ax to the face

    Susan: ...

Patrick: I tried to cook a little!

  • Of course he can't keep his girlfriends, cause he keeps killing them XD

  • Mother goes "I have to return some video tapes"

  • Nice job. I love this movie with a passion. I made one too

Check it out if you dont mind.

  • the charm part was so good

  • Lmao!

    Great one!

The Movie was missed up, when i first watched it!

My friend say, he never killed anyone, just imagined it lol!

  • LOL this is hilarious!

  • What's the deal with holltwood characters running at the streets?

  • I have to go return some videotapes.

  • I love the title - American Psycho: One man's search for love :D:D:D:D:D

  • rofl.

  • weak to moderate

  • "I like to dissect girls, did you know I'm utterly insane?"

  • They got Brad Pitt for the movie "The Mexican"

Tom Cruise for "The Last Samurai".

And now Christian Bale for "American Psycho"

why is it so hard to get actors from from the actual country they're making a movie about?

  • Oh man, that would have been the most epic fuck over, obviously not able to be done, but if the movie was intentionally rated like M and given all this romantic advertisment, so all these lovey doveys went to see it, then WHAM! BAHAHAHA man I'd love to see that happen.

  • "He's got it all. Looks, cool..."

Cool? How can someone have "cool"? the fuck.

  • Hahaha i noticed that too.

  • Should have been "coolness"

  • cool. style. charm: hip to beee squaaare XDXDXD

  • hahaahahahahahah

  • lol... that "charm" part with him dancing always gets me

  • yeah, there's a reason he can't keep a firl it involves spray cheese

  • Yeah he can't keep a girl because he keeps killing them all..ahah

    I liked it

  • Charm. Yes. You win.

  • :) awesome

  • haha this is so good, especially for the ones who really watched it! Good job :-)

  • that just seems stupid cause i just watched the film :P

  • ILMAO

  • Hahahahha! Damn! Good job!

  • haha it' be hilarious if people thought THIS was the movie, and they go out and rent it...and watch it with little children...

  • Hey, that was pretty cool. Good job.

  • I LOL'd at the "Charm" part, with the funny dance.

  • he loves to kill lol this tottaly makes the movie seem different

  • Holy **** tht was amazing, luv this movie, omg... great job

  • kool

  • the shots are too quick. i did have to make a movie trailer for a class that was 60 sec and thta seemed way toooooo short. cuts are too quick. i like the idea but it doesnt't seem right

  • Ha i love the clip for charm

  • O yes! That's it! Angels in america, ofcurse! ;) Thanks :D

  • the music was great, it sounds a bit like thomas newman. A little American beauty and Lost in translation sound i think.

    Who have done the music???

  • It was in fact Thomas Newman. It's two pieces from "Angels in America".

  • hey what the music during the vid, sounds sweet

  • bayeux tapestry by thomas newman from angels in america.

  • lol could've been a totally different movie

  • Hahaha, charm!

  • that sucked

  • 0:14 xDDDDD LOL

  • Genius! Someone should film a women's face when she realizes it's not a chick flick

  • Hahahahahahaha best thing ever!

  • whats the name of the first song that comes on?

  • that songs hella familiar i cant remember wat movie its frum

  • I used two bits of music from "Angels in America".

  • i thought it was Road to Perdition

  • what is the name of the jingle in the background? anyone have any ideas?

  • what is the sound they are using it sounds good

  • Weird. But it's creative. I like it.

  • "charm" ;)

  • This is a wonderful romantic comedy for the whole family. I just have to rent a videotape of this movie!

  • @valeriy1987 And I have to return some videotapes.

  • @valeriy1987 Oh but don't forget to return those video tapes!!

  • you have just trickd a lot of people to watch this movie

  • LOL xDDD

awesome hahaha u need to see the movie to get it n.n!

  • This is really nothing short of brilliant, and for a class no less. You must like your professor.

  • The assignment was actually to make a trailer parody. The professor was a pretty crazy guy (but in a good way).

  • fuck yes!

if only this were done back then so that it would have tricked alot of guys girlfriends into dragging them into the theatre for a chick flick, only to be had!

    Quite,quite.:)

  • I like this video voice!

  • Loved it. Especially when he is dancing (crazily) and it says CHARMING...

  • nice

  • nice

  • You probably know this already but i think the text and some of the clips you've used are a little fast. I really like the idea of Bateman as a romantic though and the clips are good. I know a quality voiceover would be difficult for you to get if you're a student, which i presume you are, but i think a voice over would work really well.

  • if possible see if you can't take some of the lines from the movie and arrange them out of context so that it seems like patrick is a good guy who's just had a run of bad relationships

  • what music was from the first part of the clip? Im sensing a thomas newman score somewhere. hmm....

  • All of the music is indeed from a Thomas Newman score. (Angels in America to be exact.)

  • lol this is a great trailer! And I instantly recognised the angels in america score, but what song was it? Was it the one song or did you mix different parts of audio?

  • quite nice, i love the music.

there is a similar vid of american psycho as a romantic drama.

this one is pretty good as well. good job!

  • Yeah, I saw the other one after I had made this one. I prefer that one, but my class and my friends all seemed to like mine, so I thought I'd give posting it a shot.

    Thanks for the compliments!

  • Haha.. what a nice idea

  • lol
