Hageshisa to takes the metalcore idea and makes it great. Dreambox, jyuuko (however you spell it) diabolos, they're still rather unique. I mean, Lotus kinda sounds like typical j Rock but it still has that Dir En Grey vibe that sets it apart from the rest of the bands. I can understanding preferring early though

@SinGabrynth Liking a band isn't about loving them no matter what they make, you should like a band for the music they produce and if they move away from that style of music, It's fine to say you don't like there newer music of course. If you like a band no matter what music they make, you are obviously there because of the members of the band and not the music. Having respect for the bands new music is fine but i like old Dir en grey :) not the new.

I am a true fan because of that, because THAT is what Dir en Grey is. Now if they out of nowhere make a duet with Justin Bieber, would you still be a fan? It's not condoning rape, it does not glorify rape. Kyo isn't raping people in the video. All of Dir En Grey's songs adhere to basic human moral code, they're a rock n' roll band they're supposed to be edgy and in your face. Lyrics are poetry and sometimes poetry is about the darker aspects of human emotion. Whether Kyo's views reflect their society accurately, or if Kyo has a skewed emotional state that causes him to perceive thing negatively. This song didn't offend me.

LOL... first I played the song (my first Dir En Grey song ever)... And I didn't like it at all... Then I looked up the English lyrics and I disliked it even more... the actual song title is "Tsumi to Batsu" - it's a play on words, with Mitsu to Tsuba (backwards kanji) one way, it means "CRIME AND PUNISHMENT"... the other way it means "Honey and Saliva"
