In the "Menu" go to setup and make sure that the sound is enabled. Sound should work. If it does not and if your camera is under warranty, take it into a service facility and have them check it out. It is usually something very simple such as a setting though.

No. This is a C-195. The video was taken with a C-140. The C-140 has a smaller display screen and the button on top are mainly round not rectangtanal.
