dang im not sure what it could be im trying to find a solution to one of my own problems with this gun but it looks like it could be something with the triggers inner mechanism,
im uh sorry to say ( correct me if im wrong) but i dont think that that is a kwa gun. Im aware that there are fake ones. I say this because the writing on the slide that says kwa m9 ptp is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than what my m9 has. i know mines real because everybody has the same sized markings. But i dont know if thats just some sort of new version you got.
one thing i just realized is your hammer bar isnt pushing the impact block upwards when you just try to put the safety on which is why its firing

forget what i said. i saw another video of the same markings. Im guessing its just the newer versions that have the smaller writing. my bad
