  • I put the glue on the wefted part, just makes more sense to me.

  • ummhumm pat that weave

  • I enjoyed the video!

  • This is the best tutorial I have seen thus far. Thank you !!!

  • Conditioner removes the hair easily. Just apply it along the track of the hair with a relaxer brush and let it set for a minutes, it will come off with ease.

  • everyone keeps saying to put the glue on the wefted part not the flat part...so confused.

  • that's the glue I normally use and I've had it last 3 months...The shortest amount of time I've ever had it last is an entire month...

  • Ok I have a few questions! Hahaha

I have super short hair...You can check out my videos to see. My hair is a lil longer now. I'm thinking of doing this!!! I wanna do just one side like putting a blonde piece and a red piece?!?! I'm going for a Keisha Cole kind of look?!?! So when you have short asymmetrical hair can you do something like this??! How long can you keep the weave in?!?! Can you wash your hair?!?!?!

  • yes u can put it in for highlights or something ,if u use liquid gold u can wash ur hair if it is not u cantand they last about a week dont leave them in anylonger i hope this helped

  • so when its on your scalp your screwed right?

  • no its just bad for ur scalp and it wont last long because it doenst have anything to stick to:O)

  • dont glue in make you bald ! :|

i dont no weather to get glue in or sewed in because iv had clip in nd the clips annoy me and always on show

  • Do you have any info on the "silicone prod." that the hair comes dipped in that you mentioned in the beginning of the video? I'd love to get it and put some on the hair I've bought. Thanks for your help!

  • this video helped me sooo much! i even bought the liquid gold bond glue on ebay!

i havent used it yet but thank u 4 doing this video. u did a really good job. this type of extension tutorial is super hard to find....

  • lol i have that same mannequin :)

  • Why are you putting the glue on the flat side? Everyone else says put it on the bumpy side so it doesn't look lumpy.??

  • to me it dosent matter what side u put it on do what u want:O)

  • I like to blowdry the glue after the weft is glued down.

  • THANK YOU i never knew not the scalp you helped so much

  • why do you have a heart on your hand?

  • Comment removed

  • Thank u..

  • After u stick in weave can u use it again

  • it all depends on the condition of the hair if its new and has been used and taken out properly, usually it can be used 1-2 times before its a mess.lol

  • I was bout to say why you twistin dat girl head like dat then i realized its a dummy. YOu almost gave me a heartattack. Good video very clear thank you so much

  • great tut! you can also use oil sheen to remove the tracks..

  • You're really talented. I love watching you do hair, lol.

  • THANK YOU!!

  • also..sorry but can you resuse the hair extension after the four/three weeks and glue it in again?

  • ive been doing clip ins for about a year. i like them, but they get ripped out at concerts, etc.

would glue ins get ripped out too?

are there any really bad consequences that would occur with properly put in glue-ins?

  • on they should not

  • Can you put up a video on how to apply Indian Lace Hair Wigs? (The same that Beyonce wears) i just bought one but i don't know how to put it on. I just wear it like a wig, but i kno your supposed to use glue or something...HELP! Thanks<3

  • if you look around youtube you'll find multiple people that can teach you how to apply one can just type in: how to apply a full lace wig

  • I was saying what I was told I am not the only person that thinks the same.... Its the type of hair that you are using it (the glue) on, the glue has diffrent effects on the type of hair that it is being used on that dose make a difference not matter what the bottle says.

  • Never ever glue in extensions!!!!!

i did for 7 months then wen i came to take em out i was wrippin my hair out and my hair was mangled and notted into balls

In the end i had to bath in asatone which is used in nail varisnh remover to losen the glue, this burned ma scalp!

now i have short hair like frankies out of the saturdays and love it

so if u want extensions just clip em i used to it and it luked a lot better

  • for one u dont leave in a quick weave for more then 2 weeks and if u take it out right your hair wont fall out

  • if u would have taken them out right that woulg have not happen

  • does the liquid gold glue come off the extentions with the right remover? i used the glue you are holding and it ruined my extentions. So i want to make sure im not going to ruin my new ones if i use liquid gold glue

  • it shouldnt

  • well the only way i can see any damage happening is if you take it out wrong and pull out your hair. If you have your hair braided and do the sew in your hair does grow...it keeps a lot of women from perming and over processing their hair which seems to work for me and my hair isn't damaged when i take care of it...plus i have a sister who is a cosmetician.

  • i do think sew ins r better but if ur tened headed it donts work

  • you say grow it out but everyone's hair doesn't grow fast. My hair grows at a normal pace but not a white person' pace and it's still too slow for me.

  • IT WON'T STOP GROWTH!!

  • KBSGIRLJRSMOM OMG! It's not just many people putting it on there hair. Still when it's put on the scalp it will still take your hair out from the folicle also. That stuff really damages women hair and stop growth.

  • It stops growth?!

  • no it wont

  • what if it is used sometimes? Sew in has given me hair loss as well though...

  • You need to make a note for the sistas lol.....we cant place it on our hair cause it will damage our hair bad!

  • that is why i hate this way for a weave but people asked how i did it and that is it if u resd on the back of the glue bottle it saya not to place on scalp

  • no it wont if u take it out right nothing will happen to ur hair

  • ive used orange glo in a spray bottle for rubber based glues that works pretty well... which is basically just orange oil....i dont think it left the nasty gummy residue either. for liquid gold glue i use acitone on cotton balls since its an acrylic based glue which works well, ive actually had trouble with the LG dissolver, just seems like normal oil. LG is now available in squeeze bottles.....thank god :)

  • u r awsome thank u

  • right, i place mines on my scalp and i keep it on for two weeks, so my hair won't be damaged.

  • since you dont apply it to the scalp, will hair fall out?

  • no it wont

  • no it wont

  • Ohkayz So I have Like A A Buncha Questions.

    So For Glue Ins.

-How Long Can I Expect It To Last?

-Will Washing Effect The Glue Bond? Or Hair?

-If It Glued To The Scalp Whats The Worst That Could Happen?

    And Finally

    - What if The Wefts You Have Are Bit Shorter Like 4-5 Inches? Does It Matter In The End?

  • well, I can tell u from experience that with the latex/black glue shown in this video it will only last a week because after u wash it, it gets really loose or just slides out. i don't knw what'll happen if u glue it directly on the scalp but glue isn't good on ur hair anyway. i never reuse the tracks i've glued in either.

  • can you use olive oil, since it is good for you hair?

    xxx.

  • olive oil or any oil 4 that matter is good 4 my hair....i guess if ur white oil is bad?

  • U said you can put things on the hair to keep it soft. What is that. I would love to keep my weave a little longer and softer?
