Caution: This is best done outside on a cheap heating element. I used to do this all the time and one time I overheated it and it went off in the kitchen... needless to say my parents were a bit upset that the entire house was filled with smoke.

@platinumgunz98 As long as you keep an eye on it and make sure you use the baking soda as a limiter you should be fine. But for me it kinda messed up the counter, but I used a fire extinguisher so it wasn't too bad. We had to spend the night somewhere else because it filled the entire house up with super thick smoke, no joke. Best thing to do though is to pick up a $20 portable cooking range and do it outside.

i tried it and it was amazing and who ever doesn't have a scale the measurements are

about 8 Tbl spoon or 1/2 cup or 4 fl oz of (sugar) (potassium nitrate).

1 Tea spoon of baking soda.

and i used just a little bit of water like a splash to help make a paste but let the ingredients warm then put it in.

so just follow the video and it works
