Whats the difference between the Red, Blue, Yellow and green Versions? Is there any real difference at all?

@tatomuck18 Red Blue and [Green the Japanese version of Blue] Are all the same except certain pokemon.

Yellow the third one is based mostly on the anime. You get a Pikachu just like Ash gets in the anime and Blue gets his Eevee just like Gary does in the anime, some pokemon from the gym leaders are based on the anime, and the Elite Four changes slightly I think. [ Also some bugs were taken out ]

Seriously I got this game when I was like 8 or so, and I never beat the the elite four and Gary, until just a few days ago when I found my game in a bow I hadn't seen for years, and in just one try I succeeded! It was ridiculous how happy I felt! Haha I am 19 now :p
