The fact that the cctv camera follows the figure along is a pretty persuasive argument for this being fake. There's no way a security camera just happens to be panning perfectly along at the same speed as that figure.

Looks like the video was taken by a CCTV originally--someone is recording the playback from the CCTV monitor with a handheld--that's why they are panning with the figure. The video quality and graininess suggest that this a second-hand video taken off a monitor screen with a handheld. Doesn't legitimize the video any though--this technique makes it harder to see artifacts and editing--so I agree its fake but for diff. reasons.

A) the movements of a ghost moving wouldn't be noticed by a camera, since it's not a physical form

B) Since ghosts produces energy (just like the camera does), the camera would get some disturbenses or the ghost would find the camera
