Why in the hell would a Freighter pilot with a full hold join a gang that was at war? What was he thinking? It doesnt seem to make any sense. You would expect someone with that type of ship to be a little smarter. But oh well.

well, back then before they nerfed it, you could kind of exploit the "invite" mechanic. The invitee would never know he was going a war'n gang. It was a exploit we used and then CCP nerfed it

...There is no way to bait a fucking Freighter for 1) They've no damn slots, so this guy is just a fucking retard. Or 2) Video was setup...There is no reason for a freighter to not be at a station or a stargate they don't go anywhere else if this fuktard followed you into a belt/planet/safespot....just WOW!!!!

We double crossed him over a year ago when the "lofty" scam was still allowed. Since then, they have nerfed the "lofty" scam.

The "lofty" involved inviting random pilots (such as this freighter) to a gang that was at war. We then would fleet warp the freighter to a safe spot and gank him without concord doing anything because he was aiding in a war which flagged him for pvp.

It was real and we gained a lot of ISK from it.

we used the "lofty29 scam" before they nerfed it. Which invovled inviting victims to your gang while you are at war. The war target you see is our alt used to get the freighter aggro to us. The freighter was not a war target just a noob who excepted a gang invite from a corp at war.

Nope...it was on TQ...the scam we used is called the "lofty29 scam". Its a scam (nearly an exploit through game mechanics) that involves inviting random people to your gang and then inviting a war target to the same gang. The result is the ability to legally attack gang members. Project Nemesis has executed this scam over 1000 times....check our kill boards at griefwatch.

Nope...We did it with all haulers. Look in the upper left corner where it displays the system name. It says "JITA". Capital ships aren't allowed in high sec.

AHh sorry, your right it is Jita (although it could of been done way before they nerfed cap ship installments in .5+) I believe you did it with haulers, it just looked like at 1:21 the shipped that warped in was a sideways thantos/nyx, I stopped it and now realise it looks like another freighter
