Well said, however you made some vital errors in your argumentation.

First and foremost, to be considered an ARAB country...the country must speak ARABIC as the primary or secondary language.

If you were to research the history of Somalia, you would notice that ALL SOMALIS descend from ARAB ancestors...further more the country uses both SOMALI and ARABIC as the formal language in its courts.

Thus, this would QUALIFY me as an ARAB student.
