Actually, something interesting... at the end of the clip, the bloke is holding old Indonesian money. When was this clip made? I think in Wikipedia this was one of their debut songs.

it is definitely indonesian. The couple walk into an IndoMaret (Indonesian version of 7-11).

I don't know if it is the official video though. However they seem to be moving in sync with the music most of the time.

seems lyk as the more an more songs the temper trap makes they get more rockish cuz listen to this then go back to sweet disposition or love lost. still good tho. barely found out bout em this year alredy a HUGE fan :D

Bali's an island in Indonesia. While still Indonesia, Bali has some cultural differences with the rest of Indonesia, starting with the fact that Balinese are mostly Hindu while the rest of Indonesia is mostly Muslim.

I don't know if Dougy Mandagi is native to Bali, but he's lived in different parts of Indonesia, the US (Hawaii), Melbourne and now London.

I thought Wolf were great, then these guys come along and blow my mind. Aus has some good stuff going.

Heh. Temper Trap is already in the big time. The Beeb has "Sweet Disposition" at #12 (16 last week and 32 the week before).

They've not been released here yet in the States, but I expect them to do next to nothing here because the charts are clogged with rap and former Idol contestants. Hate to admit, but BBC radio is far more adventurous than US radio. God bless John Peel.

Dougy is not native to Bali, as "Mandagi" family comes from Manado, Sulawesi (or Celebes in English); and the natives there are mostly christians.

FYI: people from Manado are famous in Indonesia for their singing aptitude. So, we are least surprised about Dougy's singing career going global ;)
