The reason why the vomit went from green to pink was because they used a green screen. It's quite difficult to key out the green that's within the vomit. It was clear that they used pink vomit as they were shooting the scene.
So here's a easy tip: If you can't key out well, use green vomit.

Horror is the hardest film genre to do right...In action movies people go in pumped ready to see action, in comedies people go into the movie in a good mood ready to laugh...nobody goes into a horror movie quivering and scared, the filmaker has to scare the audience which is why horror is the hardest genre to do right. I think the main reason film riot isn't as popular as it should be is because of its format. I just don't know if Rev3 was the right way to go for them, because it might feel commercialized to some people.

The tube was in her mouth and they just pumped the soup through. I believe it was warm as well to give off that yummy steam coming off it *gags*.
