When I dodge the t-rex and he is about to run into the spikes he doesnt! Fml.

Please tell me how can i make the rage adrenaline atack or how it is called .

Once you've shot the enemy enough to fill up it's rage meter (you'll know when you see them roar or growl or such), it will start charging at you. When it gets near enough, you'll see the screen slow down and some arrows appear at the lower right corner of the screen. Dodge in one of the directions with a roll, and the adrenaline dodge will begin. Shoot when the reticule lines up and turns red. Make sure that you're moving in the direction you want to doge before doing so though! ;-)

when i press circle to jump out of the way she just crouches down!! women eh!!!

You need to be moving in a direction/have the analog stick pushed in a direction when you press the button, not standing still.
