the reason the team steam uniform is constantly running is because they took the sprite form one of the bikes and changed it. you'll have to have a bit of a pokemon hacking background, or know how sprites work to understand this.

oh and a second thing if you go in the room that has two doors connected to it (a right door and a left door) go in the right door and go over to a space infront of the wardrobe thing and talk to it for you can not go in the space. after it is done talking it shows a picture of a zorua and if you say yes you get it.

If you go through the gyrados and stunky with your team steam uniform and go past those two team steam guards you can get a master ball and talk to the fat man and you can get leftovers.
