  • Governments wold wide should legislate to have the tobacco industry own their problem and solve it by redesigning the cigarette packet so it contains a fire proof foil compartment that unfolds to accept the butts.

    A packet full of butts is more easily disposed of.

    Change the smokers habits. Don't penalize them
