Before I switched goals from 6pack/running... to actually being strong and having a well formed physique, i ran a 20min 5k time in a charity race in columbus. Now I run no more then 3-4 miles... usually interval sprints or some type of cardio/training circuit of running, rowing, eleptical kind of thing.

Oh you guys are so lucky living in Boston. The Charles river esplanade is the best running track in the world. Thank you for showing Boston. I miss it so much. I actually have a skyline of Boston picture hanging behind my couch that's over twenty years old and the Longfellow Bridge which I use to run religiously every morning at six thirty.
