@paulrutts1 The problem is the transparency. You're commenting on your website service, giving it a recommendation. Perhaps you should let the viewers of this video know about the money you charge for providing this 'service', to landlords and tenants alike?

Do you also mean free as in you charge people £10 to find out whether you are holding information on them, a fee which you say you are entitled to under the DPA, yet your registration number isn't in the DPA database? It would be nice to discuss this with more characters, but YouTube prevents me posting my web site where we could continue this, any ideas?
