Great, I finally find a proper casting for one of my favorite books, and it's in a language that I can't even understand, let alone I can't even find it! Damn! Love HIM, though. That guy really does make a pretty hot Heathcliff. Is that Monica Belluci as Cathy?

It's very close with a few weird exceptions,such as a character named"Ivory" The rest of the names are the same,at least they are always yelling 'Cathy' or 'Heathcliff'.The scenes in the long trailer match the book.This was filmed in the Czech republic,on a low budget[it's a tv mini series] so I assume the snow was a factor they just had to live with,and work into the plot.There are some beautiful stills from the movie on Titanus.

I'm italian I saw the entire fictin : it is an italian production with russian location and actors ( not Caty and Heatcliff). in complex is a god job ( apart from acting and locations ) but the story is pretty well presented. this 2 movies are not in sale.

It is an Italian mini series from 2004,actually called Cime tempestose.Video here is just my rearranging of the nicely sized trailer.I've been tearing my hair out for a year trying to get a hold of the actual program.If I understood italian,I could probably arrange it from their website,"Titanis" I really prefer ANY song to the soundtrack that was on there.It sounded like circus music.I agree,it looks like an amazing version.A VERY nice Heathcliff,indeed.
