  • And now he just past shaq and became the 5th all time leading scorer! wow, must feel special for him to do it in his hometown #legendary

  • @laykerzfan4lyfe ... and we stilled booed him

  • @blueyedsole i actually heard cheers....

  • Kobe = GOAT

  • Theres not one philly fan that wouldnt take kobe on the team right now.

  • @tuoxcal u dont know philly then... i dont know one philly fan that wants him on any team.. seriously

  • didnt the 76ers take jerry stackhouse over kobe?? there were 12 other teams that passed on kobe in that draft !! including the lakers smh.. thats why i hate the lakers and the cowboys !! they think they are better bcuz of whee they play and who they play 4 !!!

  • Philly decided to draft iverson so it was there fault

  • Kobe is the best player in the league for the LA lakers and always has been

  • HE LOOKS LIKE ANDREW BYNUM @ 4:50

  • If Philly had drafted Kobe he would have probably (like Iverson) racked up a bunch of scoring titles, won an MVP early in his career (as opposed to waiting 12 years), and gotten his heart broken in the playoffs for a decade... He would have eventually won a championship or two anyway but definitely not 5..so people just enjoy the video and stop disrespecting Iverson

  • @eaglesphilsphan Practice? We talking about practice? Practice????? Dude, he has no work ethic or dedication. He refuses to come off the bench and argues with his coach all the time. He bailed on Memphis after 3 games, 3 GAMES. "dedication"

  • @GreenDogsofLavasan I will not make this a debate about who is the better player because Kobe has the edge there because hes had a better career, but any real basketball fan who likes to make such bold statements should ask himself... Put Kobe in Philly with a weak supporting cast for 10 plus years and Iverson in LA with Shaq and that stacked up team and we all know the roles would have been reversed...

  • Philly has to b mad at everything, sux for them getting their hearts ripped out in 2001, get over it haha

  • @eaglesphilsphan IVERSON WAS NEVER BETTER THAN KOBE HE TOOK MORE SHOTS THEN KOBE ALL TINGS BEING EQUAL BUT NEVER BETTER HORRIBLE ONE ON ONE DEFENDER HORRIBLE LEADER

  • their loss Kobe is a 5 time champion on the heels of Jordan as far as acommplishments but as past Jorda as far as skill at the same age

  • this vid made me lose repect 4 Philly..Go Kobe24

  • dumb ass Philly Fans.Thank god I live in LA! Kobe Bryant has Five Championships U should have drafted Him Philly and now your,e Hatin?? unbelievable!

  • @eaglesphilsphan save it man....basketball IS A TEAM SPORT. nuff said

  • @eaglesphilsphan iverson has more work ethic? we talkin about work ethic? cmon man...we talkin about WORK ETHIC man...we talkin about work ethic

  • To play the devils advocate I am gonna ask for you guys to think about this for a moment. Iverson had a higher PPG than Kobe because?.....(drum roll) "He WAS the only all-star". Would it not be fair to say the same for Kobe? Wouldn't Kobe have a higher output if he didn't have quality teammates?

  • @eaglesphilsphan because he was taller??? what about Jason Kidd? and WHAT ABOUT the fact that they play different positions AI(PG) / KB (SG). I always hated on this type of ''fans'' who based their appreciation on LOOKS and STATS...but never on work ethic, dedication...or rings.

  • @eaglesphilsphan Hahaha.... you are too biased to discuss with. Bascially everyone with knowledge of the NBA knows that Kobe is the better player overall, you are speaking of something that has and will not happen. You KNOW that a guy who chucks up shots in these early 2000's on 42-39 % shooting would have dominated easily with other all stars... Well I think he couldn't have handled it with his EGO, he would have been too stubborn to feed Shaq in the post more than chuck up his own low % shots.

  • @eaglesphilsphan Kobe is not my favorite player, but Kobe in his prime was better than Iverson... this is really not that close either. Iverson is still the best small guy to ever play the game... Kobe is just better, more awards, championships ++ Iverson did great by carrying that not so great 76ers team to the finals in 01, he just got unlucky because he met a primetime Shaq with an excellent sidekick in Kobe.

  • Kobe shouldn't never worry about what people feel about him due to the fact that every successful person has people that do not like them. Success brings hate and those whom hate him only see a reflection of themselves in him. He has always shown class and has always shown that hard work pays off. That's why he's a 5-time world champion and those who hate are still seeking their own destiny.

  • Kobe is the best player right now.......I am not sure about the the whole classy, he is a nice person kind of thing......he is the next MJ........LeBronze james is no way the next MJ, he still got a long way to go........a very long way......probably never

  • I love Koby, I hate his way of life but his a magician ... one of a kind!

  • I understand hate for lebron by his hometown fans. I mean HE was the sole choice-maker. Kobe was SKIPPED by his home team in the draft. Their fault. Kobe should be mad at Philly. Kobe is proven.

  • keep hating... kobe got game

  • "Take my talents" hmmm who used that very same phrase last summer.

  • Who cares? Kobe's gonna get his 6th ring soon. that will be the most EVER! oh yea! i bleed yellow and purple. ive been a die hard lakers fan since they won from 00-02 and then i became a fan when they started winnin in 2008. Kobe is the greatest player ever. and he does it all by himself. Whatchu got MJ? Kobe will end up with 12 rings, all time in scoring, and all time in rebounding. can u say GOAT + infiniti? aint no team that can beat my boyz.

  • y do people hate on confidence and swag? sure its considered "cockyness" before he ever accomplished anything, but he proved he wasnt just some young kid looking to show off. he wanted to be the best ever and look at em now, hes 1 of the 2 best players ever, Kobe and MJ. some hate cause he emmulates MJ, well if their was MJ he would hone his skills after other all time greats. shit, i can emmulate Kobe, does that mean im as good? no. he has the talent to hit the shots, thats y hes the best ever.

  • LOL Lebron copied him"Ima take my talents" LMAO

  • if only choose Kobe, Philly, 5 rings to your city and many more.. too bad.

  • The first speaker : Uh? Arrogance? What the hell? It's called swagger, son. If you don't know that then you don't know nothing. You don't like him as a person? Have you actually had a chat with Bryant? For all you know, he could be the sweetest person in the world and it's just in your eyes that he's arrogant. Kobe's a very generous man from what I see. *Yeah, there was a video clip wherein Kobe gave his shoes to a random fan and a hug so fuck you, it's not his fault you didn't choose him in 96

  • Phillys hate for kobe makes no sense it would be different if he did the same thing lebron did with Cleveland but he didn't, but you know whats funny those same fans who booed him when he was younger are now proud to say kobe is from philly now because he's a champion

  • @zeke4TV pretty much LA, Newport beach...

  • Yo im from philly niggas respect here probably not back then but they do now kobe is a goat real talk muxh love from philly

  • @yaboimclovin it stands for greatest of all time. total bullshit. i can name 10 players better than him.

  • @pageman100 but if you did name 10 players, what would be your criteria or metric for picking those 10 players over kobe? or would you go by strickly intangibles alone.

  • @pageman100 Yeah right! Start naminin 'em!

  • @Legend1One Micheal jordan, larry bird, kareem abdul jabaar, wilt chamberlain, bill russell, magic johnson, shaq, Hakeem Olajuwon, Dr. J, Oscar robertson, Charles barkley,

Thats 11 players that are better than Kobe Bryant.

  • @pageman100 Dr. J, CHARLES BARKLEY, SHAQ. Fuck you must be a Kobe hater because fuck I'm not going to say more.

  • @pageman100 are you fucking kidding me? without a doubt. Chuck dominated the power forward position AT 6'6! The average power forward has about 4 inches on him! Best rebounder ever. and a damned good scorer too. julius erving averaged 25 points for his career before the league decided to ban physical play and hand out fouls to stars like candy on halloween. and if you are going to say that shaq is not better than kobe, then your just a kobe fanboy. Nobody has dominated as much as shaq. period.

  • @pageman100 dude kobe is better then shaq period why bcuz shaq is a center only had strength and deafens and had a fifteen foot shot and no free throws. kobe dunks on anyone, shoots on anyone, shoots anywhere and shoots free throws oh and he has deafens. and has basically caught up to many stats of shaq and passed his including rings.. so im guessing your the one who doesnt know what hes saying buddy

  • @ttom089 excuse me good sir, but kobe averages 2 more points than shaq with 3 more field goal attempts. would you care to tell me the last time kobe shot above 50% for a season? please tell me. wait thats right, he never did. shaq shot 58% for his whole career. Shaq averages 2.7 blocks a game. thats pretty fucking good. and yes. he may be one of the worst free throw shooters ever, but that never stopped him from averaging 2 points less than kobe. No man has ever dominated more than Shaq. period.

  • @pageman100 well sir to even compare kobe and shack it even stupid. the dude is 7 ft 1 of course hell dominate tht much back then and kobe is what 6'6. what im telling you is if you got shaq away from his 15 foot shot he takes hes got nothing and give up the ball to someone else and hes 300 plus lbs while kobe is shy over 200 and still be have just as good of pts as shaq says this kid would rock shaq. and duh he would have 2 stls a game hes a center if he didnt then maybe he wasnt doing his job

  • Comment removed

  • @ttom089 Sir, if you have to argue that kobe bryant is the 4th best player in his orginization's history... well im not sure how he can be the greatest of all time

  • @pageman100 there is no doubt shaq is dominant.. kobe is dominant in that u have to guard him all the way to the 3 point.. and a center's field goal % should generally be higher than a guards. simply because centers are going to get more shots in the paint. im not trying to argue.. im just pointing out some facts. and i generally dont like comparing different positions with each other... not to mention, a single bb positions role can vary depending on the team. i disagree with ttom089

  • @880330145789 i understand comparing the positions, and your right, i understand that shooting above 50% for a wing player is very difficult. but if there are other greats that have done it AS a wing player, shouldnt that count? i also look at shaq's effectiveness at his position, im not saying kobe isnt effective its just that on any given night shaq could dominate on either side of the ball which kobe doesnt seem to try to do on defense as much as jordan would.

  • @pageman100 yeap... jordan had great defense... its just that people see the GOAT is a guard and kobe is a guard so ... people make comparisons in that regard. but saying someone is better does not mean the other is not great... take lebron.. lebron is a great player but hardcore kobe fans will just say he sucks and vice versa with lebron fans. just because someone is better does not mean the other is useless. MJ is clearly better than kobe in some aspects, still.. u know what im trying to say?

  • @880330145789 oh no absolutely, i think that jordan is better than kobe, but hell having kobe as a 2 guard on a team would be damn good! Hes a great player. and easily in the top 15 and easily the second best shooting guard next to jordan, its just i think that there are other players that were better than him, its just that he plays in a less physical playing time, with a 3 point line and all the people alive have seen him play. Great player. Im sure anyone would want him. just not GOAT.

  • @pageman100 k. fair enough. like i said im nt looking to argue. though im pretty sure i stand where u stand on this. People should give kobe credit when he retires. he is a star in his on era and dominant as well. Consistently competing at a high level. Much like many stars in the past. If anything, at least he was good tv when u talk about sports entertainment. i could not care less about who is the GOAT and im fine with MJ being the current GOAT, he IS the benchmark after all

  • If kobe could ever 4 peat, then i would have to move him ahead of Jordan.

  • Im from philly and i love Kobe. He represents a hardworking philly attitude that reps our city well. think some people dont like him because hes arrogant but he is the second best player in NBA history, behind Jordan so he has a right to be. Others dont because he went to tinstle town, the complete opposite of philly. And then the comment in the 01 finals agaisnt the 76ers where he told his own home town fans that he was gonna rip our hearts out. thats what did it for most

  • Im from philly and i love Kobe. He represents a hardworking philly attitude that reps our city well

  • "the kid from philly, a Laker for LIFE."

  • @kbryant8124 always from Philly, doesn't even live in Los Angeles

  • Lebron James taking a lesson from Kobe 4:52

  • philly should respect a player like kobe. i am a die hard LA fan. kobe loves philly.

  • "I, Kobe Byrant, has decided to take my talents to the nba". now why does that sound familiar?

  • Well Philly as a Lakers fan I guess I should thank you guys for not picking Kobe.

  • At the time of the draft no one knew Kobe was going to become one of the greatest players of all time. When Iverson was coming out everyone considered him the number one pick. Sixers should not have picked Kobe. Look I understand everyone dick riding Kobe now because the Lakers are good but Im just wondering where you guys were during that sexual assault case and when he quit in game 7 against the suns. Look im a kobe fan but dont act like hes the greatest guy ever.

  • its not kobe's fault, its the sixers for not drafting him

  • Watch Kobe and learn basketball Lepussy James

  • Kobe Bryant is the best... EXCLAMATION!!!!

  • picked iverson over kobe? FAIL.COM

  • @mistamena85 they definitely should have picked kobe. Always gotta choose the hometown kid as shown by derrick rose and lebron (maybe not lebron anymore). But iverson was still dominant for awhile and they could have done worse by picking erick dampier like the pacers did over kobe too

  • @captainbrush good point......iverson was good too but he couldnt get through diversity and become such a leader as kobe has...its hard to see that in the beginning

  • dangg kobe shooting with leftyy

  • LBJ swagger jacked Kobe smh....

  • Fucken Phillys could have picked kobe but chose iverson

    so stop complaining!

  • @domski93 Missing the point completely

  • When Kobe can lead the league in scoring while winning a championship with MVP honors shooting at least 50% from the floor,...oh and win Finals MVP 6 times,....talk to me. Till then? We have nothing to say.

  • @oneworldkingdom only Jordan could do it, only Michael so probably we will never see that again

  • @oneworldkingdom that will never ever happen again but, Kobe is the next best thing

  • @oneworldkingdom

talk to youuu???? who the fuck are u??? nobody.... and who cares about Jordan, no disrepect or anything but this is KOBE. so stop trying to compare mj with kb, Kobe will be Kobe and MJ will b Mj period. fags stop complaining

  • @oneworldkingdom don't worry, Kobe will have at least 8 NBA Titles under his belt before he retires, so there will be no need for you to continue to munch on Jordan's nuts. LOL! K24 will surpass M23 where it counts the most...NBA RINGS, bc thatz why NBA players play the game, to win Championships! Period. K24 is the GOAT! Go praise M23 on his old ass boring highlight reels. hahahaha

  • @upNyaBizznizz I don't think he'll have more than 5 by the time is said and done. He's on the decline IMO. He's playing like a 40yr old Jordan. And is about as efficient. I haven't seen him shoot 50% once on a season. He'll never achieve that milestone. Plus, he has never led the league in scoring while winning a title. It would be impossible for a team to depend on a player who shoots only 45% from the floor, in scoring AND win a title.

  • @oneworldkingdom i'm sure David Stern wants LA to calm down a bit until Playoff time, otherwise the other fans are gonna get bored of the killer KOBE show annihilating and destroying teams at will. LOL people are gonna roll their eyes when the LAKERS climb back to the top of their division and put the 3Peat in full throttle!

its no biggie, everyone knows how it works now. Black Mamba ain't gonna forget his way to the 3Peat trophy podium...you be best believe that.

    2011! LAKERS all day

  • @upNyaBizznizz Funny how Kobe fans see things completely different than everyone else. He didn't slow Jordan down. And Jordan IMO was twice as dominant. He didn't slow Shaq down, and Shaq was way more dominant. What you're saying is basically a lie. It just isn't true. And Noone on this earth is saying this other than your fabricated self generated lust for Kobe.

  • @oneworldkingdom 40%, 50% ...get the fuk outta here with that rubbish! pretty damn soon Kobe is gonna be counting NBA Titles like Sesame Street's The Count, " 6 rings...7 rings...8 rings...ah ha ha ha ha ha! but who knows, he might get more...LOL

  • KOBE BRYANT IS A NBA ICON!!!

  • I love you Kobe <3

  • I CAN'T SEE WHY PEOPLE HATE KOBE, HE LOOKS LIKE A NICE GUY

  • that press conference looked like a commercial lol

  • Lol, what can Philly say? They could have picked him, it's their own fucking fault for choosing the wrong player...

  • @MMyhre Wrong player?? Right Philly should have drafted 18 year old kobe who was the best high school player in the nation over 21 year old Iverson who was the best college player in the nation.. For those who forget individually Kobes has nothing on Iverson. Iverson was named rookie of the year in 97, not Kobe. Hes a four time scoring champion and a league MVP who at 6´0 165 pounds literally dragged his team to the finals to drop 48 on Kobes heavily favored Lakers to steal game 1..

  • C'Mon! I'm taking my talents is becoming the new I'm out. Fuck it. I'm taking my talents to the John then to the fridge. Hope my ice cream still there. Anyway, we fry Bron for that statement yet Kobe was the first. Regardless, Kevin Durant proved this summer that the Puppets may have to take their talents to the back seat of this 21 yr old's ride. And trust me, its been pimped and tricked out, too

  • @SpeekEZ23 Probably because Kobe was 17 years old and said this on local TV he didn't really have ESPN host an entire special on it the media is totally different now then back then.

  • @canaryfan98 well that's true.

  • @SpeekEZ23 One can expect a SEVENTEEN year old to say I'm talking my talents too... Again, the opperative word being SEVENTEEN! Meditate on it... give it 15 hours, and I'm sure you will agree!

  • Some tell this freaking douchebag that RAPE is wrong.

    WE WILL NEVER FORGET

  • @bigmizzax he aint rape dat nasty bitch she thought she was going to get paid she shouldnt have opened her legs 8 different dnas damn hoe

  • Comment removed

  • @bigmizzax bitch cracka suck a dick and die slow

  • Philadelphia should be destroyed for this.

  • Big ASS Green Diamond... How can his ears not hurt?

  • Instead of getting Kobe, they get Allen Iverson and they hate Kobe?

AI is a good player but unfortunately was not given a chance to have another star in Philly.

But above all, Kobe is just unstoppable.

  • "He doesn't seem like a nice guy. I don't like him." -ya, you're a judge of niceness.

  • philly 4 life!

  • man kobe is a beast... love him to death

  • Philly should love KOBE, dis dude is repin philly, whats not 2 love

  • every famous player has a city that hates them....jordan had utah, lebron has cleveland, and kobe has philly.just unfortunate that its his hometown

  • KOBE HAS SHOWN US A LOT OF MERCY. HE COULD HAVE KILLED US BY 50PTS A GAME IF HE WANTED TO. WE SHOULD BE PRETTY THANKFUL FOR THAT. KOBE SHOULD ALWAYS BE WORSHIPED IN PHILLY BECAUSE WE MADE HIM. HE PERFECTED HIS SKILS IN LA. BUT HE'S STILL A HOMETOWN HERO.

  • kobe is the greatest player to come out of philly period

  • Kobe is pure class, spirit, fight, and determination. And if Philly doesn't want him, there are 49 other states who will adopt him.

  • @Legend1One too bad philly isnt a state

  • @Legend1One Philly isnt a fucking state you retard

  • @Legend1One californiaaaa love!

  • Here's how it is. Philly hated him so much from 96 to 2003 because Kobe was from an up class suburban neighborhood in Lowe Merion which is not Philly. That's why a lot of people viewed him as fake and as kid with born with a silver spoon because his dad was a former NBA pro also. You also have to remember during that time that Allen Iverson was a very popular player who some people thought and still think he was the face on the NBA during that time.

  • I don't get why they hate him....they didn't draft him...so therefore they shouldn't be upset with him. he says he would have like to stay home...as far as him saying "We are gonna cut there hearts out", get over it because philly people were booing the shit outta him..i guess he was supposed to lose because he was playing philly?PLEASE let the man live.!

  • omg lebron copied kobe he said im takin my talents to south beach

  • What kids here do not understand is that you will have haters regardless where you are, Kobe has fans here and he knows it. Philly has fans of Kobe no matter how much you don't wanna believe it..

Also alot of you guys in LA are hypocrites, how do you feel about Paul Pierce??? exactly

  • @Bossrah We hate Paul Pierce because he plays for our hated rivals, the Celdicks; we don't hate him because he doesn't play in L.A.

  • Kobe haters from Philly are a bunch of f*cking idiots.

Let's not forget that the 76ers passed on him in 1996.

He should be the pride of Philly, you honor a non-existant boxer with a statue (Rocky), but you hate this guy?

    Its ridiculous.

  • @09beto91 wow good point I never thought of that. Rocky isn't even real. Philly should embrace Kobe and make a statue before L.A. makes one of him.

  • @bejustlikekobe

they would honor A.I theyre a bunch of morons.. its a shame really

they should be more like cleveland

  • @09beto91 We do support Kobe now that he has shown that he didn't forget where he came from, you have to understand that for awhile it seemed like he thought he was too good for his hometown.

recently he has shown love for Philly and that is why the boos have stopped in recent years

  • @bejustlikekobe LOL!!! So we should make a statue for great every player from Philly. We dont even have one for Wilt and we should make one for Kobe???

  • @Bossrah 1996 NBA Draft the Lakers' highest pick was 24th and they took Derek Fisher, who YESTERDAY Lebron James was trying to convince to come play in Miami. Also, the Lakers DID take THEIR first pick in the '96 draft to be Kobe Bryant by trading a player for the 13th pick just to get him. Finally, I don't care about a statue for Kobe in Philadelphia. There will never be one and there shouldn't be. My point was that it's ridiculous Philadelphia has a statue of a fictional sports character.

  • @bejustlikekobe The Statue just represents that these are the steps that rocky ran up, Visitors find that cool and many people run up and put there hands in the air at the top everyday ....

It isn't to be seen as an Icon just a "Wow look at that, it is just like the movie kinda thing"

  • @Bossrah Huh?!?!?! Rocky is a fictional character, he doesn't exist, ie. he's not real!!! Kobe is a real life, breathing human being and is the biggest athlete Philly every produced, so why no love? Where's his shine? Those steps ought to have a statue of Kobe on it's plateau and not one of "Rocky."

  • @Legend1One Kobe is "arguably" the biggest star and you completely misread my Rocky comment.

  • @Bossrah My bad.

  • @09beto91 Your an idiot lol, Hindsight is 20/20 do you think LA would pick Kobe if they had the first pick??? STFU fam...

  • Comment removed

  • I'm happy Kobe has risen above the jealous haters in Philly. They never deserved anyway. Tom Hanks caught aids there!

  • @SkipyOnline what?

  • IVERSON was great but dam philly screw pick kobe dam

  • 5 nba championships!

  • Philadelphia: the city so bad, it gave Tom Hanks AIDS...

  • @CoolerKing37 LOL!!! lets insult a city over the net.. come on man stop with the corny shit

  • @paperboy....How do you know he lived in West Philly??? Is Lower Merion a public School ?? DOnt get me wrong...I see the irogance and I havent like Kobe really at all..but Why does the city imbrace Iverson?? And Carmelo anthony was born in Brooklyn...Doesnt mean that where he's from. Cmon man

  • @reinaskye yes was born in west philly. he lived there until he was 5. then hen moved to italy. yes lower marion is a public school but you must live in the neighborhood. the city embraced iverson because he played hard for them..i honestly think the city would've loved kobe had he been a sixer. and the difference between melo and kobe is that, kobe spent his early life in philly and then his teenage years were also spent here.

  • @reinaskye Kobe was Born in philly lived in italy for seven years than came back to live right outside of Philly. he would go back to visit ever summer. He is FROM Philly

  • it's ironic that people hate kobe in philly because they think he's arrogant , but yet they love iverson, who is way more arrogant.

  • i didnt see much hate for Kobe this season...when the played Sixers in Philly, there were chants of MVP and cheers for Kobe. most likely its those old dickheads in philly that would say stupid crap

  • Even if he didn't regularly scorn Philly, he's still just a dick in general. I'm glad we don't love him. He doesn't deserve it.

  • @gophils26 how would you know he's a dick ? you don't know him but yet you judge him. that makes you the dick.

  • @paperboy215 I've actually met him before, and he's certainly made his public persona pretty well known. He's just a dick, you're in denial.

  • @gophils26 no,i'm not in denial...you've met him..do you know him, no ? i do. he's a cousin by marriage...you don't realize all the good he does for communties in los angeles and right here in philly. plenty of kids have nw play ground equipment, a chance to go to college, new clothes, etc when they wouldn't have had those things otherwise...like i said, stop passing judgment on someone you dont take the time to get to know....i bet you still call him a rapist even though that chick lied.

  • @paperboy215 I do not call him a rapist, I don't ever comment on anything about his marriage, because that's not why I have a problem with him.

  • Living in Philadelphia my entire life I can say for certain that Philly loves guys who run around like puppies eating cheesesteaks all the while mindlessly declaring their love for the city. I don't care if Kobe is from Lower Merion. If Kobe "kissed up" to this city all the time, Philly would love him. I used to be caught up in the whole hype, but thankfully now I see the error of my ways. Kobe is clearly

the best player in the league and I'm proud of that. One day I believe Philly will be too.

  • @reallyblessed he's not from lower marion. he's from west philly and went to lower marion high.

  • @paperboy215 You get my point though.... right?

  • @reallyblessed yea i get u

  • i saw like one min of this on tv and I was so pumbed for it...then the power went out and i missed it...thanks for the vid

  • Maybe anyone's aware of the song that's playing in this video?

  • They dont like Kobe because he isnt technically from Philadelphia, And he didnt grow up in the hood. He grew up in affluent Lower Merion. Im not saying it makes sense b/c we dont do that in NYC..But its prob the biggest reason they dont like him in Philly.

  • @reinaskye nah that isn't it, they dont like him for what he said and that is basically the main reason.

Philly is now growing to love him because he has since sent his love to the city, he talks about Philly more and has now shown that he hasn't forgotten where he came from

  • @reinaskye he was born in philly. so please know what you're talking about before you speak.

  • Hometown Boy!!! Keep doing your thing in L.A. you still get love here homie. It was just tough love for doing what you did to our Sixers no hard feelings

  • Kobe Is THE BEST !!!

  • Many people leave their hometowns, I don't see what's the big deal of Kobe adopting LA as his home now. He's been living in LA for 13 plus years. Plus he lived in Italy as a child for a while and returned to Phillie for high school, so technically, he's been like a nomad ... just now he's settling down in LA

  • @peanutvera LOL he lived in Italy for 7 years homie his personality and even some of the words he uses are all PA..

It is his hometown, that is why he considers it that. more people here need to accept the hometown boy

  • THE BLack MaMABA IS A BEAST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • kobe was badass in a fro

  • when kobe was talking to his former spanish teacher, did he tell her their trying for a third child??? haha

  • LAKERS 2010 NBA CHAMPIONS!!!

  • Kobe is always have a home here in LA..

    Philly fucked up..

  • kobe shooting around with his LEFT hand (!?)

  • Kobe too Sexy for Philly anyway
