Ahhhhh, i had some problems on that one aswell. Mainly keep locking on and firing rockets and when they counterattack with their weapons, use the transform-turn around-shoot tactic. To turn around you press X

look all you do is lock on until your close enough to fire the short range ones then you fire them(you may not get it on your first try)
