Opti-Men Multivitamin Review

This shit makes your piss yellow. It's way too much some vitamins in it especially all those B vitamins. It gives you some energy but it's not what a multivitamin should do. And yes, I've taken it and really not recommend it.

no way taking three of them can be good... a normal multi that you take ONCE a day has less stuff then this lol

Im taking Opti-men every day. its a great product. the price is good & its good for me. if youre a active men you really gonna need extra vita and minerales.

I took this stuff it made me dizzy and disoriented I started to stutter couldn't sleep and at work I couldn't stay focused to do my job and had blood work done and the doc told me to get off of it. I will never tell anybody to take it after what it did to me.
