Well from what I have observed and experienced they Japanese are very subtly racist and judgmental, however if you are any of those you would never notice it but after working at 5 different elementary schools in Mie-pref, after living in Tokyo you start to notice the mild ways they treat those types differently and the view they hold of those types, it's still an OK place to go but I've noticed that blonde haired white men seem to fair much better!
