for me that attack he does when he attacks all and puts one of them to sleep is the most annoying of them all i think even with Lock State it would still put one to sleep which made it massivly annoying atleast Wild Arms had the highest percentage for anti stat spells to work against bosses from my experience though

you have to talk to the girl in the most west house she says she is seeing a guy and then when you go to try and walk out of town this is what you get iam pretty sure thats how it goes hope it helps=)

Don't worry you didn't miss him. He shows up towards the end of the game, I believe just after Ka Dingel surfaces. Might want to pack some Goat Dolls by the way.

You must pay in Adlehyde ( or so ) 30.000 Gella or more, get to St. Centaur to the Blind Girl, she tell you she is with an Guy... Go out of Town and Zed tell you that he only protect this Girl, but you wanna kill him, you can choose if you want to fight or let him, fight him and after the fight choose " no " if they ask to kill him...

Return there near the end of the game. I think it's once he's been kicked from the Quarter knights, and the town's been overrun, and you fight Boomerang for the last time. It's been a while thought...could be wrong.
