The way I got the Kneecapper w/ good karma was that after I told him I wasn't gonna give him any bottles, a Mister Gutsy robot came out of the bushes and killed him and the brahmin out front. That's just me getting lucky though.

It's a perk inn fallout 3, as inn a power you get when you level up. If you mean irl it's a spider which has certain rumours conserning it, havent looked it up but it's know for being deceiving and such.

@salaom it's a perk only available if the PC is a girl. if you have it you have the option to promise him a threesome with him, you, and Sierra if he gets the nuka-cola. sucks to be him since he dies shortly later.

The spider is called a "Black Widow" because it consumes it's husband after mating :c

It's also a perk in fallout 3 that (I think) takes place of the lady killer perk for males which gives you extra dialogue.

yeah i still got the quest and i still keep trying to do it but everytime i get a quantam i dont go there immediatly and i lose almost all my health and i just use all my medical stuff and i accidentally drink the quantam so i might never get the quest done

nope, there is a guy somewere outside the plant with 2 hired goons. They tell you to get the formula. don't know excactly as I havent done it. And no, don't know any other buttons for it, just try em all;)

Have you checked out all the locations mentioned here? The nuka-cola plant? Paradise Falls? Super Duper Mart? if you've found all there check out The nuka-cola challenge on the fallout wikipedia for more locations.

there should be a nuka cola truck north of the temple of the union there should be 5 in paradise falls and you can get 3 in the nuka cola plant (also one more outside of the plant)idk if that helps you
