It's too ironic, they keep on teling us people that they are our protector, that they respect the rights of others, and value much their fellow countrymen, such a damn thing, how can you protect your country if you keep on doing this.

  • @innonni: I certainly agree, theyre just "regular" troops and its actually a good thing that they go thru this hellish training . I could just imagine how is it with our elite troops (FSRR,SWaG, SF, PNP SAF, LRB). It must be really tough. can someone please post a vid of our elite troops "resistance to interrogation" training??

  • And I thought SERE and Ranger school was bad.

  • check out training vids of Spetsnaz, Delta, Red Maroons (Turkey) or if you're lucky SAS (John McAleese vids). This so-called "torture vid" is actually child's play in comparison.. So the result of such "brutal" training is a fine fighting machine. If you dont want this sort of training, try joining "Salvation Army" , they'll train you to solicit loose change from commuters..

  • @skibunnyme Thats the training of a regular soldier. Not SAS, not Delta, not Red Maroons, not Spetsnaz, regular. Private-third-class-general-infantry-of -the-army regular. Not even marines. So that's kind of "brutal" if you ask me.

In a way though, I have to agree with you they have to know the taste of pain so they can "learn" from it.

  • phillippines is not a peaceful place in manila so pullute i request to kill all bad policein philippines pinoy people is a loser

  • @AnimaIPlanetTV That is their training bitch

  • survival yan... how can u survive if u cant beat the pain of torture...

  • WHAT A FUCK

WHY PPL STILL LOVE TO DO THAT?

WHY WE STILL CANNT LIVE IN PEACE?

    GODDAMN

  • "the “torture video” was obtained by the NPA in Sorsogon from the cellular phone of Pfc Jason Serdon, who was killed by communist rebels while marketing in the said province. It is now uploaded on Youtube by a group Isnayp.

Col Parlade said that Serdon’s cellphone was recovered from a ranking NPA leader who was killed in an encounter also in Sorsogon last year."

  • be the one to understand this. you better join the armed forces to know the essence of it, as a team and as an invidual soldier to be. God bless the AFP and PNP

  • These are the reasons why most of the filipinos lost their respect on our leaders and government offices who are paid from our taxes to serve us but instead, they do this... and please observe how these army men are enjoying what they are doing.. While most of us work our butts of and the government deduct taxes for these??? Wow... On the other hand, you can see officials with mansions and SUV's. Those SUV's comes from the people who commute everyday and lives on monthly rent.... SHAME ON YOU!!

  • this is a training? horrible training. Training how to die??.... on humanitarian thought.... this is cruelty IMHO... After their training... they can get a small amount of salary from the government... These people will say "my training and hardships must pay off.." Then, they do graft and corruption, power tripping and abuse... Its the system we live... Thanks to our leaders who are collaborating with rebels to start a war because of money involve.... KAWAWANG PILIPINAS.. GINAGAGO NG HARAPAN!!!

  • training nga.. pak. ungas yung mga nagsabing toture..

mas grabe pa nung sumali ako ng US marines... aarte niyo... lol

  • The NPA/NDF has also their own training programs, however i suppose theirs is only about half as effective as compared to the Vietcong cadre training program (especially their "Đặc công" or sapper teams). Their training (VC) was reportedly tough, including the mental part, that a VC trouper wouldnt mind eating a dead rat found or stepped on in the jungle. We all know how they whipped the US Army's butt during their war.

I guess the NPA should lessen the "rallies" and focus more on training.

  • Here is one example of how physical, coupled with the PROPER mental conditioning, can in fact produce tough as nails warriors which is what 99% of armies all over the world (except a few like the Salvation Army) needs in order to win wars :

Check out the vid " Spetsnaz in Bosnia" in ytube You definitely would'nt need "torture" training programs if you plan to work as a Bank Teller or Gardener. (duh) . But for a nation's military, its a different case. I guess we should stop being a pussy...

  • By definition a MILITARY training has to be tough and rigid. You cant compare it to other training programs for other industries wherein being "nice" is the norm. The Spartans continued training their troops even way after the Agoge. Hence history can tell about how a fearsome fighting force the Spartans were at that time. Albeit the trainer's were doing their jobs (on the physical part), there was an apparent lack on the psychological preparation part. Or maybe that module wasnt just included.

  • For those who are naive, this is a MILITARY training...and it is expected to atleast toughen up or harden would-be soldiers in the event of conflict. Its intensity really depends on the training program one country's armed forces have. As compared to 3 of the strongest military forces in the planet (the US, UK and Russia) this exercise is a walk in the park. Try reading about the US Armed forces' "SERE" training program or UK's "Selection" process and you'd know what I mean..

  • Well.. clearly we can say that this sort of training is essential considering the kind of world we live in today

  • Well, I guess this type of training can be considered essential, considering the world we live in nowadays..

  • HUMAN RIGHTS IS GAY.

  • astig mga taeng to....

  • what is the purpose then of the posting of this video if this is a part of the training

  • this so called torture is a training. training our soldiers to evade capture by the enemy. because if captured, what they will experience will be far worse than what you see in this video. nasa kawal na yun kung gagawin nya sa mga non-combatants at civilians yung ginawa sa kanya sa training camp.

  • @RoGR7769 I agree, although this is only a miniscule part of the SERE training program the US Forces use in their training..

  • @skibunnyme i totally agree. and listen to the audio. some of them are screaming "hindi ko po alam, hindi ko po alam". it's a "survive an interrogation"-ish training of some sort. imagine them at real combat, captured by the enemy. someone ought to post a vid like that. can i say taliban?

  • there is a certain degree of hard training but not on this filthy method... you are not training them to be tough by this method, instead you are training them to be cruel..., so much militarism nakikita kong post ng ibang pros dito? kaya pala angdaming nangyayaring war crimes hanggang ngayon...

  • no its moral because i think they done something wrong to their commanders and they dont want to point out who's that one.So the consequence if they dont tell who is him they all get punished.

  • Di naman brutal eh... balita talaga napaka bais! mas grabe pa nga hazing ng PMA eh...

  • mga demonyo

  • grabe

    ang sasama nmn

  • This is an not good atitude. Torturing trainee is a human rights violation against applicants.

  • This is an Evel work. Torturing trainee is a human rights violation against applicants.

  • This is not the meaning of brotherhood

  • "The is all part and parcel of their jobs" a line from Military Professionalism by Charles De Gaulle

  • masama man tignan pero kasama talaga yan sa buhay sundalo.

  • astig na training to.. saludo ako sa inyo. conditioning sa kung anuman ang maaring mangyari in the future

  • NOTHING WRONG wrong with this!!! They are only a conscripts! So a hard military training with brutal torture is necessary! The recruits will be toughen (and learn what they expect in case of a war if the were captured as POW) and become real men! And the commanders, who torture and drill the recruits, have some fun! Each nation should do this with it's young fit men! In Russia, Brazil and Bolivia they also torture conscripts (very brutal with electro-shocks, brandings etc.)!

  • men who adopt the profession of arms, submit on their "own freewill" to a law of perpetual constraint- wc to the life of army.... thats what we are, thats wht we do! we die for something not to live by nothing... heheh its part of their job..

  • Sir Yes Sir ... Mga BAKLA ... Nagpapakalalaki pero BAKLA ang ugali ... wahaha ...

  • Fail propaganda of the communist, it did backfired LOL

  • It's a part of a training emotional, physical, psychological, chemical, biological and etc. warfare. They should be ready if they fall to the hands of the enemies.

  • its horrible..... the yelling is just like hell, recruits were crying in deep pain and in endless agony, this is a barbaric and in-human.... those trainors should be punished.

  • @budbongao no duh...ITS CALLED MILITARY TRAINING IDIOT...CANT HANDLE IT?! THEN YOU DONT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SOLDIER...AND THANK GOD YOU ARENT. DAHIL KUNG NANJAN KA NA, BAKA NAG-QUIT KA NA AT NAGSUMBONG SA MAMA MO...BTW, THE TRAINORS UNDERGO THE SAME TRAINING..SO DID THE OFFICERS BEFORE THEM...AND SO WILL THE NEXT GENERATIONS OF SOLDIERS.....MILITARY LIFE IS A LIFE YOU MERE CIVILIANS WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND...

  • Comment removed

  • @MarichiPerezHanasan they did undergo the same....go ask the Philippine Military Academy graduates...ask them what kind of brutality they undergo for 3 years inside the academy...everynight may "pass the rank"...i wont tell you what that means because you are just a civilian...MILITARY LIFE IS A LIFE YOU MERE CIVILIANS WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND. THE BURDEN IS ON THE SOLDIERS TO ENDURE THIS KIND OF TRAINING BECAUSE A MILITARY RANK IS A HARD EARNED ENDEAVOR...YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND...

  • wag sanang mangyari to sa boyfriend kong nagbabalak magsundalo..:'(

  • Physical pain is staple in all typres of training. Do a pushup, and your arms will feel pain. But your body adapts and gets stronger. So what's the difference between training and torture? Read again the qualifyers in RA 9745: "obtaining information, coercion, and discrimination".

  • Comment removed

  • @mikelogics these elements dont need to be all present. kaya nga may nakalagay "such as" " "or" diba? torture is done if any of your so called "qualifiers" is present.

  • That is not discrimination. In the Special Forces and Scout Ranger Course, the officers and enlisted undergo the same training!

  • @mikelogics Hahaha How funny! For you it is not discrimination because the trainees of PA has the same training as the SF and Scout ranger.

For us it is discrimination because all trainees of whatever unit of the military should not undergo this kind of cruel act. We view the tormented men in this video as our co-equals. Because we are the same, we are all HUMAN.

Now which is broader? Who has the broader mindset?

  • @012kurama I agree on the aspect of physical contact. But we seem do disagree on the rest. This despite my having explained RA 9745 to you. We are looking at the same picture but see things differently. While I do not expect you to understand, let me say this: We are not sadists. We subject ourselves to our limits because we have to. This type of training will save lives. I can cite many cases of soldiers who were captured and had to survive on their wits thanks to this training.

  • @012kurama BOBO...THESE ARE SOLDIERS...THEYRE NOT BABIES.....HAHAHAHAH...STUPID.....

  • @dipalos if that's ur preparation so long ago as with the past generations of generals and soldiers to fight against the rebels then how come until now they still exist??it is the way torturing humans for peace and prosperity?? how come until now u cant solve the problem with the rebels..

  • @dipalos Look who is talking? They are soldiers but they are also humans. They are not animals.

Grabe anung utak meron kayo? Sino magsasabing walang physical infliction at discrimination dito sa video na to. TORTURE to, wag niyo na i-downplay!

  • @012kurama yeah its TORTURE...so what?! that torturers underwent the same TORTURE before...NO DUH....ITS CALLED MILITARY TRAINING......NOT BASIC MANICURE, PEDICURE COURSE THAT YOU ARE SO ACCUSTOMED TO.......MILITARY LIFE IS SOMETHING YOU BEAUTY PARLOR TAMBAYS WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND......

Did you know torture is a Human Rights violation?

Gory.

  • MIND SETTING ITO SA MGA SUNDALO NA MAGIGING PRISONER OF WAR (POW) KUNG SAKALI MAN NA SILA AY MABIHAG. . . .

  • PAG WEAK ANG FOUNDATION MO SA TRAINING MADALI KA MADIDISGRASYA SA SERBISYO!!!!!!!!! DI MO PAHAHALAGAHAN ANG SERBISYO MO KUNG LOUSY ANG TRAINING NA ACQUIRE MO! KUNG PAKIKINGGAN MO MAIGI ANG VIDEO, MAY NAGSASAMBIT NG PANGALAN NG "KUMANDER" AT SUMASAGOT NAMAN ANG MGA PARTICIPANTS NG " WALA PO AKONG ALAM SIR!" . . . ANG SCENARIO AY ISANG PAKSA SA TRAINING O YUNG TINATAWAG NA PROGRAM OF INSTRUCTION (POI) SA BAWAT PAGSASANAY. SA MGA NASA SERBISYO ALAM NILA ANG TERMINOLOGIYA NA "ECHO ECHO".

  • @naidyer : sakto ka!! eto yung simulation part... patagalan ang pagiging matatag dito... besides di pinaparusahan ang trainee kapag sya'y umiyak habang pinapahirapan.. crying can be used as part of resisting interrogation. umiyak man o hindi, what's really important to the trainers is that these cadets DO NOT break down in the event of coercion/tactical interrogation..

  • This training was already scrapped because it is COUNTERPRODUCTIVE as said by the military itself. The MILITARY itself said so.

There are better ways of training people. The abuse and unnecessary torture do not produce the intended result that is why the AFP today is looking into a more scientific and better means of developing ordinary men to soldiers.

  • @MrImperfect0777 The only reason this was scrapped was because there was clear evidence of body contact. During our time in SFOC, it was 4 days of sleep deprivation, crawling in mud, immersion in freezing water and other 'mental' stuff I'm not allowed to say. It was handled professionally. It was extremely tough, BUT NO BODY CONTACT. I didn't like it, but neither do I regret having experienced it.

  • @mikelogics That's exactly my point sir. No body contact. No torture. Without physical abuse inflicted by trainors, trainees could focus more on pushing beyond their endurance and not on the pain of hazing.

  • @MrImperfect0777 Yes, as a general policy, body contact is forbidden in training. But even without physical contact, the training is still hard. Watch the video, and imagine that this is their fourth day without sleep minus the physical contact. Ganun pa rin ang kalabasan. Every single discomfort is magnified. On the third day, you begin hallucinating. But before you react, let me say it's still part of training. It will test your stability under pressure.

  • @mikelogics Body contact is a torture but it is not limited to that. Sleep deprivation and all you've said here is a form of torture. Please read, respect and understand RA 9745 and the UN Convention Against Torture (CAT).

All of the people here who claimed that they are MACHO because they endured this kind of infliction should understand that they should not and need not to undergo this kind of treatment.

  • @012kurama RA 9745 defines torture as: "Torture" refers to an act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS OBTAINING FROM HIM/HER OR A THIRD PERSON INFORMATION OR A CONFESSION;

Ergo, (- body contact) it is no longer torture. If no confession to be obtained. Not a form of punishment. and it is not based on discrimination. It is training! No different from Manny Paquiao recieving 1,000 taps with a stick.

  • @mikelogics its been applied to civilian, military is military, they are no longer a civilian,

  • @012kurama Take note of these qualifying statements of torture in RA 9745: "obtaining information, coercion, and discrimination". These torture qualifyers are absent in the context of training.

Ok, let us now define military training: The process which intends to establish and improve the capabilities of military personnel. You see, the difference is in the objective. It's not about being macho. The last thing we want is for our soldiers to fail under pressure.

  • You discriminate your trainees in this video. Requiring them to undergo this kind of training based on their rank or status in the military is a form of discrimination. These trainees still have the same right as the ordinary civilians. They submit themselves to the AFP but that doesn't mean that their superiors have the authority to harm and subject them to inhuman treatment.

  • @012kurama YEAH, YOU GO TELL PRESIDENT PNOY TO END THIS KIND OF TRAINING. WELL SEE....IF THE ABU-SAYAFF, AL-QAIDA OR JAMAL ISLAMIYA CAPTURES OUR SOLDIERS, EXPECT THEM TO CRY LIKE BABIES BECAUSE YOU WANT TO TRAIN THEM LIKE BABIES..........STUPID HIGH SCHOOL KID.....YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE LIFE IN MILITARY.....MILITARY IS ABOUT WAR, KILLING, TORTURE, SUFFERING, PAIN......WHO EVER SAID ITS ABOUT COTTONCANDY, MANICURE AND LITTLE PINK TEA CUPS...........
