Aww it's such a beautiful and sad story. Karine was Celine's dear niece, and she died in '93 at age 16...when the doctors only gave her a few weeks to live at birth. Celine was holding Karine in her arms as she (CD)felt Karines' organs give up..Karine shed one last tear, and passed away. Right there in Celine's arms.

it was like some sort of magic... i was listening to delilah after dark, exactly one year after my grandmother passed away and somebody had written in for their best friend... she was eighteen and her friend was thirteen. her friend (the 13 year old) had passed away from cancer... just like my grandmother... she requested this song and I just about died crying.

sad song it reminds me of a friend of mine who died from Cystic Fibrosis. her mom couldn't cope with her daughter loss and took her life.her father died of heart attack in '94. only member left in family is the son and he has the same thing.
