Is it just me or did their music actually get better once Geri left?

In a way I just think Geri set them back. She had charisma but she wasn't a very good singer.

As a four piece they all had different tones that worked very well with maturer music.

Forever is their best work by far. Geri Halliwell wasnt needed anymore at this point. They grew up and developed their vocals better and certainly did more complicated dance rountines after he left WHICH they all admitted around this time 1998-2001 that it works better for them

It's really too bad things fell apart after Geri left. They could have gone on without her just fine if people didn't take the departure of Geri so badly, Forever imo was a fantastic album (not their best, as Spice World was just amazing). I think if they had toughed it out and kept going without her, they could've stuck around. Hey, the Backstreet Boys did it--Kevin left the group but they're still going.

But hey, at least there was the reunion tour, and maybe future releases? Still hopeful...

i feel either 1 or all could be up on stage and perform and to me its still the spice girls... i was very let down about Geri leaving but there had to be good reason ... and now she had been back with the group since 2007 so all is well in spiceland.. i feel they should get together for a year work on new material for an album rehearse there dance moves and put together a slamming tour and possibly make another movie..

I was reading up on Wiki that in 2009 they were talking about maybe doing a 2nd reunion tour but didn't wanna confirm anything until they knew for sure. I miss them sooo much, and I would love to see them perform together as a whole, in my country, and relive all those childhood memories. They have to do it before I die, haha, and they have plenty of time, I'm only 18 :P
