  • America was dazzled, mesmerized and glamoured by the repeated lines of Hope, Change, and YES WE CAN! Now disillusioned and fed up, we the people rise up and sift through the glitter and propaganda to find the leader that has stood for something consistently throughout his career. We need someone that has principals and a clear message. We need someone that, while we might not always agree, has a defined plan with specific attempts at a solution to our problems. Ron Paul is the only candidate!

  • Wow this is good. thanks for posting. RON PAUL!!!!

  • dennis millers not a liberal he takes no sides except the truth

  • Miller is such a sad and unhappy, unfunny guy. He used to be better adjusted and more in sync with American mainstream popular culture, now he's just lame and mean and hateful. Poor little guy.

  • This is looking pretty out dated now

  • and after acouple years people werent cheering for the war anymore were they?

  • easy for this asshole to talk shit about going to war, would he send any of his kids?

  • "If we know anything it's that history tends to repeat itself."

Yeah, no shit Dennis, you dumbass.

  • Miller has brains and balls.

I don't care of you agree with him or not.

  • "We've got to remind the world that there is a point that we will not be pushed past before the $#!+ Hammer comes down." If Miller was as smart and informed as he thinks he is, he'd know that All the U.S. has been doing since it's earliest history is push other cultures past the breaking point, and all 9/11 was them reminding us of that fact. Wanna protect me? Stop committing terrorist acts. Hop he's changed his opinion since then.

  • 2 weeks has turned into almost 10 years. If miller is so into the war why doesn't he go?

  • love you dennis

  • Its his HBO routine. He's entitled to his opinion and he's very funny but he ain't no Rhodes scholar. If he's so tough, let him debate Chomsky or Clinton.

  • @dsgregg

If you correctly identify him as not being a scholar, what does toughness got anything to do with him being successful or not in a debate against a scholar?

  • ruthio1 love it or leave it commies :) USA RULES.. Dennis is right :)

  • Dennis miller is RIGHT.. we have to send a message to other countries that we will go to WAR!.. this is America people.. love it or leave it u cowards

  • @moviebuff383 hahahaha love it or leave it no place on earth is perfect so ur statement is stupid wat u should say is if u have a problem try to correct the problem

  • @moviebuff383 The whole "My country right or wrong" mentality is dangerous and sociopathic

  • @moviebuff383 Well we went to war, and now we're in a fuck ton of debt, with several nuclear armed countries ran by men more crazy than Hussein ever was, looking to overtake us as the worlds pre-dominant super power.

There was a reason why Kennedy refused to invade Cuba after the Bay of Pigs failed to overthrow Castro, and there was a reason why we never should have invaded Iraq. It sent out a strong message, but it put us into a weak position.

  • Dennis Miller is so funny. He tells it like it is and doesn't bullshit like the rest of the liberals.

  • @leonrymz

lol you idiot, and in hindsight what was the reason for this bullshit Iraq war again? Why did we go in?

  • @KillSwitch2

We went to Iraq and kicked the shit out of those Arabs BECAUSE WE CAN! They have oil, we need oil so we're going to take what we want. We are America. We can do what ever the hell we want and nobody can fuck with us. If you don't like it, then move to Canada. DUMBASS!

  • @leonrymz

"and nobody can fuck with us".

Yeah, remember a little thing called 9/11, dumbass? Those terrorists fucked with us in such a major way that it's repercussions are still being felt in 2011. They fucked with us pretty goddamn greatly on that day.

  • @leonrymz Did you win the war? Last I heard Iraq is more dangerous than ever. Meanwhile it's bankrupted your country and the Chinese are kicking ass on the economic side of things. Glad that worked out for ya. Hope you like using chopsticks.

  • I find it funny that when Miller was left of center and had these rants he was "Funny". Now that he is right of center on many issues he is a nut job, and not "funny" Sounds much the same to me. Some "funny" some offensive as it always has been.

  • 2:25 - What a pandering dick brain. Smart enough to know how to manipulate applause from a patriotic addled "Leno Crowd" and collect his Fox Funds. A dumbshit to think that "We are the US buddy! Kiss our ass!" will work in the modern world.

    S E L L O U T ! ! ! ! !

  • @mrbarthoss1 Pandering dick brain, perfect!! I've seen him recently on Billo-the-Clowns show sounding farther to the right than Limbaugh, Billo, and Hannity rolled into one, shitting on the current administration .Then on Leno, a few days later, you'd think he was the most centrist guy on the planet! Who are you really Denny???

  • Bob Vilas son...

  • I almost can't watch this. This was almost WORD FOR WORD (literally) Dennis' stand up routine at the time. His stand up routine about the war was IDENTICAL.

It's one thing for a comic to come on a show and do bits from his routine/act but this is ridiculous.

  • haha POL POT haha POL POT haha POL POt haha POL POT what a pathetic tard Leno is

  • Dennis miller is very funny ,but very wrong.

  • He is so desperate to be "hip" yesterday he actually attacked the dancing of Kim Novak and William Holden in the 1955 movie "Picnic". Pathetic,

hateful and loaded with misinformation. A big vocabulary doesn't make you kewl when you think Palin is just misunderstood.

  • He is so desperate to be "hip" yesterday he actually attacked the dancing of Kim Novak and William Holden in the 1955 movie "Picnic". Pathetic, hateful and loaded with misinformation. A big vocabulary doesn't make you kewl when you think Palin is just misunderstood.

  • I see that trykester77 is an eloquent and educated man.

  • what a bunch of whinny libs. Who cares if we are in "good standing" with the third world. Miller speaks the truth! You America bashers.

  • Dennis Miller is a corporate whore: a shameless apologist for Newscorp and the present military-industrial complex.

  • @WonderfulCorn35 Dennis is the MAN and you are a DICK NOSED RETARD

  • Dennis Miller is an idiot. Iraq NEVER attacked us. And I'd kill myself if G.W. Bush was my dad.

  • Comedians are neither good nor bad for the country. They're performers...very easy to just not listen.

  • roy west

  • Personally, I love America, but after listening to Dennis Miller a few minutes, I can understand why America has enemies. This guy is not good for his country.

  • Hasbeen comedian turned right wing moron. Miller was funny like 30 years ago on SNL when others wrote his material. Now he's a a hasbeen looking for job handouts.

  • Red Nebula, you're a stupid fuck. "for once supports the war and the troops" ? Are you fucked in the head ? Dipshit.

  • Fuckin' awesome man right there.

  • What a stupid man/crowd.

  • Sibel Edmonds has testified that FBI executives and White House attorneys were and ARE stealing the most sensative secrets including nuclear equipment, and are SELLING them to the highest paying foreigners.

If anyone has any secrets or equipment we don't want them to have, it will be because American TRAITORS have given or sold those secrets & equipment to them.

Ms. Edmonds also reveals that OBL was a FBI/CIA asset.

    Miller is a //disgusting// bigot.

  • This has bit him in the ass now! Him and Steve Harper, war crazy.

  • Gosh what an idiot

  • Is he talking about the first or the second Iraq war? Cause if he's talking about the second one, then he is a fucking moron as is anyone who supports the current Iraq war.

  • Ahhhh The Bush Era. If only it were over.

  • This hasbeen never served. Has this hasbeen ever been funny? Oh yea once in in the 80's on SNL but someone else wrote the skit. Now he appears only on Fox Newsless and his show on HBO was an epic flop. Thats why he's a hasbeen

  • @judedelux The HBO deal was such a flop I had forgotten about it until reading your post. Upon reviewing the hasbeens, palin, dick morris, beck, huckabee, et al. they all wind up on fox newsless. I don't even bother to watch the channel, except to drop by and laugh a beck scratching something into moron board, but I'm sure my list of hasbeens is in not at all inclusive (ergo et al.) And, now I found out this hasbeen appears on oreilly's portion of newsless.

  • the real dumb and dumber. republicans, what a waste of air.

  • this guy makes me puke, him and the whole of glib, idiotic american pop culture that produces an endless number of clapping morons.it was and is about oil and the control of the area.you would have to be a complete fuckin simpleton not to realise this.

  • @hotstixx I'm sorry, I wasn't aware you were an expert on global relations, and economic policies regarding oil import/exports. Please allow me to bow in your presence of superior internet knowledge, if you'll accept that from this 'simpleton' who spent 11 months over there fighting for your right to say it.

If it was, and is about oil - explain why our prices have done nothing but gone up? What's that? Silence? Good.

  • @gofuyose rise up from your bow..not too much mind,i prefer my colonials at least a little crooked.you fighting for my right to say so is laughably arrogant and stupid.there is a long hard history of attempts to CONTROL the area and its natural resources, perhaps you havent read the reems of critical literature on the subject ?? there are 226 countries that have american troops there,63 which host bases.try reading a little on the military industrial complex and then get back to me.

  • @hotstixx The moment you stop citing wikipedia, I might consider it. You're as thich headed as the very people you intend to insult if you think you were not at risk ... grow up, walk upstairs, ask mom for a hot pocket, and venture out into the world. Mom cant protect you forever you know ....

  • @gofuyose jesus, that was lame, well you were in the military which speaks volumes.i dont live off wiki,we have books here and a long history of reading them.see if you can find something on enforcing american hegemony, cultural imperialism, the projection of american military power etc which makes the roman, british and soviet empires pale in comparison.see how this implicates you and those you have been duped to kill on behalf of your masters at home.TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE.

  • @hotstixx Are you serious? Truly you cannot be serious that in 300 years, our "cultural imperialism" trumps that of the Roman and British empires which lasted thousands each. How about the expansion of the Islamic dynasties? (you're a "smart" guy, you can figure that out without anyone holding your hand, right?). Killing for our masters at home? With our without their permission, ridding the world of evil is every man's duty. Perhaps not one of those internet forum self-proclaimed geniuses ...

  • @gofuyose this is the part i love most-ridding the world of "EVIL"..oh yes what a perfectly simple Manichean reduction.another of course is the good ole u.s spending billions on its charitable forays into foreign lands helping to nation build..all altruistic of course..the existence of the military industrial complex never fazes people like you,you have your head so shrink wrapped by the flag.

  • @hotstixx wuts a madder wittle guy? afraid to answer the question? I am still waiting for your excuse as to why you think the US has expanded more than the other world empires throughout history - your facts seem to be a little mixed up. I would venture to say you are just speaking from your ass, blinded by your own close minded brainwashed thoughts.

  • @gofuyose mmmm, interesting that you want to play out a question of degree of empire..case of wood for the trees methinks.so its accepted then, the u.s is an empire.in your eyes of course a benevelent one lol, fixing things here and there, spending those billions, helping free brown people from tyrants.nothing to do with geopolitical strategy and access to markets.go back to those boys own stories, they`re neat and tidy and have happy endings.

  • @hotstixx either answer the questions or go find another place to douche it up.

  • @gofuyose as expected, you lose perspective when the real questions need to be answered.we havent lived in a black and white universe for quite some time now.i dont envy you your political position but i doubt you could hold another one being in the military.must be very difficult to doubt what you are doing when in a combat situation but there are those that do.i hear there are significant numbers in the military on anti depressants and suicide on the rise.

  • @hotstixx Typical liberal - brainwashed from birth, and refusing to answer a simple question. This question cannot be any clearer. Perhaps you should put on your helmet when answering?

  • @gofuyose jesus, you and the tit hippy below just dont get it.controling the area and its natural resources is the name of the game, and by controling it,it just means ensuring other countries dont get to control it.ever heard of a client state?ever hear of a puppet regime ? ever wonder what "stability" really means ? do you people live outside history ? just take a quick look at the post war period and american enterprises abroad.

  • @hotstixx alright hotdixx, just admit you cannot back up your closed-minded assertions with facts? You're "assuming" we're expanding our empire (faster than any other on earth in the history of the world!!!! I might add .....) just to 'control' a resource that we refuse to use, and handed control over to its owners?

Some how this doesn't make sense, but I think you already knew that - I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt because after all, you cannot possibly be this stupid ....

  • @gofuyose your stupidity knows no bounds, the comparison of empires was of scale, not deaths, and its about control.control in the middle east with a client state.if you cant grasp this simple little equation, then you must be capable of believing the u.s spending billions altruistically ?..wait a minute.listen,go back to shrink wrapping your head in the flag and patriotism..and that wonderful guiltless Pollyanna you call home.

  • @hotstixx Well wait a minute - first it was about oil, now it's about control of an entire region? Please make up your little mind about this - which one do you hate us for? Oil, or control of an area?

  • @gofuyose you seem to be struggling here,simple enough,read a book.

  • @hotstixx Dont be upset, this has to be said to you constantly. You're as bad as a liberal - flip flopping about why you hate something, and cannot place your finger on exactly what, or why - you just know you hate it!

  • @gofuyose i will leave you to your confusion and the ad hominem shite-you seem to enjoy wallowing in it. in the mean time-226 countries..just there for decorative reasons LMAO

  • @hotstixx I second that. If the invasion was about getting "cheap oil" as liberal-morons so often content, why are oil price so high? Also, why did the evil imperial empire that invaded the upstanding country of Iraq give control of the oil, and the profits, back to Iraq? Maybe you remember the open bidding on Iraqi oil fields? Or the Record $80/bil for the Iraqi's that the GAO reported? Same agency said 94% of Iraqi government funding comes from oil.

  • @hotstixx You have still yet to respond to my original question, to which, I can only assume, you were too busy holding yourself to a higher standard of knowledge for ... so I will repeat it for you:

If it was, and is about oil - explain why our prices have done nothing but gone up?

  • @hotstixx If you have books then you have certainly not read them, your posts are some of the most closed minded drivel I've read in a long time. The US "empire"? WTF are you talking about? Your soviet pals invaded every neighbor they had, with the intent of staying. The US is already leaving Iraq. Further, the countries where the US does maintain a base they have NO control over the local or national governments. None. Maybe you should buy a book that isn't written by Chomsky, open your mind!

  • @0HippyHunter0 empire is a relationship, formal or informal in which one state controls the effective political sovereignty of another political society.it can be achieved by force,by political collaboration,by economic, social or cultural dependence.imperialism is simply the process or policy of establishing or mainting an empire.

  • @hotstixx The good news for you is the Merriam Webster chronicled the meaning of all english words. If we used your Chomsky-derived vision then almost every country is currently an "empire." Without the China manufacturing base Europe and the United States would have severely curtailed economies. So, they are our empire overlords. Not only that, your definion does not jive with your previous statement. Conclusion: your statement is complete bullshit.

  • @0HippyHunter0 such a lot of fatuous twaddle.to your former comment on the relations between american bases and troops in the 226 countries.you say they exert no control..tell me so, are they just decorative ? lol, trying to deny something of this scale is laughably moronic.all those troops just twiddling their thumbs, hands behind their backs, whistling and looking away.there is no hope for you and your kind.your denials are craven.try looking at military expenditure in the u.s and compare to rest

  • @hotstixx based on your horrible vocabulary, I would venture to say you are from the UK .... how does jealousy taste? Is it bitter?

  • @gofuyose you`re are reduced to calling me jealous.well the playground suits you.

  • @hotstixx I call them like I see them. Don't be upset, you lost - it's about time you got over it ....

  • @gofuyose reminds me of bush declaring victory in full uniform on that tub lol

226 countries LMAO nothin happnin here

  • @hotstixx It constantly amazes me how you completely avoid simple and basic questions. Are you that blinded by your own hatred for the United States? Seriously, get over yourself. Grab that hot pocket from mom - she's been blowing on it to keep it cool for you for some time now.

  • @gofuyose this is also typical of your lot when they run out of road-you hate amurica.i dont hate america, i love jazz(yer gona love that) new york,L.A,the hemi, henry miller, leaves of grass etc.i just hate the utter stupidity of those that see the state as benign and guiltless.you can see all the ills of the federal govt in the last 10 years but foreign policy..nah,there we`re angels.

  • @hotstixx I wasn't aware that America invented leaves of grass ... did you read that in the same books you read your foreign policies in?

  • @gofuyose you have fallen apart completely-this is just infantile shite.

  • @hotstixx This has no creditability coming from a flip-flopping, hypocrite who hates things 'just because.' Please work on your reasoning and why you continue to hate things you do not understand.

  • @hotstixx And you still haven't answered the claims on Iraqi oil? Did you just make it up?

  • @gofuyose jesus, then the mom stuff and the jeaolousy thing..,have some self respect.

  • @hotstixx Typical liberal: can't stay on subject because they can't answer the question and not look retarded. Way to represent your beliefs. American military bases do not control local politics, I'd LOVE for you to cite your source on that. Just FYI, you're "gut feeling" doesn't count as a source. Military expenditure, check: we spent 4.06% of our GDP on national defense which ranks us 24th in the world (2005).

  • @0HippyHunter0 gawd, what a case of wood for the trees with you.you outspend the rest of the world combined.american military bases- are they just decorative ?? does the u.s do all this stability work out of the goodness of its heart.does the american taxpayer underwrite global stability ? doubled over laughing here.you are very obviously a very late entrant to very old debate.

  • @hotstixx I don't care how late I am, my numbers are solid. You have yet to provide anything but the liberal indoctrination line. It's sad that you can't have an open enough mind to see that you are blindly following an ideology simply because you want to fit in. I'm sure you're ultra-liberal friends will be impressed. Answer any of the questions posed at you, or shut the fuck up.

  • @0HippyHunter0 my god, this is weak, really weak, are you offering a peer pressure point ? yes i remember those essays from junior school lol. numbers solid ?? we`ve been through this and you still dont get it...and you think im a liberal lol. heres another one for ya-did you see the remarks made by hilary clinton on mubarak-she would invite him into her family home and counted him as a great family friend lol-a brutal dictator sponsored by the u.s for years for "stability". just one of a number.

  • @hotstixx Weak? Calling you out for constantly changing position and never responding to obvious holes in your philosophy is weak? What school of thought are you from? You have yet to provide a number, or any information whatsoever. Don't think I didn't notice. I'm sorry, communist. We'll support the new government, too. What would you have the US do? Open war with everyone we don't agree with? Hostile relations with the entire world? How many other countries supported him?

  • @hotstixx Something to think about, for the 4% of GDP spent, we have a 1) all volunteer force (unlike most European nations which force kids to serve when they turn 18), 2) the best military in the world, 3) enough military might to do things like, say, enforce the no fly zone over Libya (check who is baring the brunt of the strike), and 4) a enough resources to both respond to Japan (look how many carriers, ships, and personel responded) and enforce no fly-zones in Libya.

  • @0HippyHunter0 beating your chest now? you win no points for subtle analysis.ever played chess ?ever read anything on geopolitical strategy ?understand what coercive diplomacy is ?stick to a mechanics understanding of what goes on in the world..lots of simple right angles for you.in the mean time, ponder all those billions spent, all altruistically LMAO

  • @hotstixx I don't want points from you. You can't just say "well, we can imply control and thats good enough." If you're hatching conspiracy theories then thats fine, if you're trying to be taken seriously it isn't. I was going to list the fallacies you are using but after looking it over there are just too many.

  • @0HippyHunter0 listen man, your argument is akin to being in a sinking boat, bailing out with a thimble while being 2 fathoms under water.that aside, this as i have said is widely accepted and broadly debated as to degree.you are what is called a "true believer"-look it up.your time would be better served reading a book than having these pointless exchanges days after first contact in such a reduced medium.

dont go killing to many hippies.

    peace out.

  • @hotstixx again, you've said asbolutely nothing. I'm guessing you can't respond to the question.

  • @0HippyHunter0 yer a hopeless case.

  • @hotstixx So long as you know you couldn't respond to the questions in any meaningful way, then we all stand agreed.

  • @0HippyHunter0 im afraid you are simply too slow to understand what has transpired, too wanting in perspective to undertand whats in front of your nose and too entrenched to ever have a chance at enlightenment.

  • @hotstixx brilliant! You act like everyone didn't notice that you couldn't count a single claim. I have no idea why liberals think that if they use an ad hominem then nobody will notice their obvious lack of knowledge. Keep up the good work son, you are not representing your side well.

  • @0HippyHunter0 226 countries with american troops,63 with american bases and just look at the size of that thing they built in iraq lol there are questions you MUST answer about american empire and the military industrial complex, client states, puppet regimes and the propping up of dictators..all og which the u,s does regularly.to deny these facts is to have you head shoved so far up yer ass that you cant smell your own shite.you have become tedious.go and study.

  • @hotstixx HA! "Go study" from Mr. I-Can't-Answer-A-Single-Question! I don't care what the numbers are, you have yet to cite ONE source that shows American influence because of the bases. Not a single one, nada, nicht! If they are everywhere, just link one. Does the US support other governments? Sure. To deny that would be silly. The only thing sillier is for you to pose ANOTHER fallacy claiming I don't see this. You didn't look up logical fallacies, did you? It shows.

  • @0HippyHunter0 lol..you sound like a first year philosophy student,a petulant one at that, you are so green and pointless.go back to zanadu with your obedient rectitude, slavishly wrapped in the flag.never mind, you have so many to keep you company-true believer.lol SWAT !

  • @hotstixx And another fallacy. Still no sources or answers, just another fallacy.

  • @0HippyHunter0 yawn....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • Miller was active in the 1980s, right? Miller was on the comedy circuit in the 1980s, right? Miller had a voice in the 1980s, right? So, tell me - what was he saying then about the United States support of the brutal dictator Saddam Hussein? I'll paypal $500 to the first person who can show me one nasty word he had to say about that nefarious bit of foreign policy. Anyone? Anyone?

  • @durbansouthafrica Who was talking about it in the national scene? Don't accuse Miller of something that the rest of America missed as well.

  • Didn’t Miller have a entertainment career at some point?

  • the only thing that will be funny is when all the republicans that caused that war are in prison.

  • This War was ridiculous...I like Miller's comedy, and I cant respect his difference of opinion, but I can't agree. This war was an act of aggression by the United States, who preemptively attacked a third world nation and brutally murdered over 1 million of their citizens and nearly destroyed the currency of this country, which would have sent the world into economic chaos. As it was, it still sent the world into chaos. Look into the value of the dollar in the 1990's.

  • Comment removed

  • What a dipshit. I lost any respect I had for Miller.

  • i guess vietnam repeated itself

  • Dennis Miller is one awesome dude.

  • ''They're kicking ass'' ?? Are you kidding me.

  • @SolidSnake99x This was on Leno before Saddam was dead......He died 4 years ago...and yes, we WERE kicking butt......then we got a Democratic controlled congress, then 2 years later, a Democrat in the White House. HOWEVER, things are better now, and will be even better in 2012. Is this a great country or what?

  • @Mamaluvsmambo It doesn't matter who is in office whether if it's Republicans or the Democrats, nearly the same things will evantually happen...And thank's to wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Pakistan or whatever the economy in America is shutting down and the crisis will get worse soon...And soon a dollar crisis will emerge. The war is kicking you're wallets butt m8.

Also, around 100.000 people have died in Iraq and I doubt they're all the terrorists you're looking for...Way the go kicking butt.

  • @SolidSnake99x Exactly. How come you never hear about Iraq much in the news anymore? Is that because troops are withdrawing, and there is at least some semblance of civilization propagating now in the country? Your statement is absurd and unfounded.

  • @spiromilhouse The dumbest thing I've heard in a long time

  • Comparing what we did in Iraq to a car ride with brats is IGNORANT!!! war mongers and chicken-hawks can justify anything... even bombing an entire city to get one guy.

  • @threepercenter03 I think it's rather an eloquent analogy to simplify the actions of one individual against his nation and the response of another nation for it.

  • TOTAL CLASS. Dennis Miller Understands the word FREEDOM, and why he and 300 million Americans have it.

  • @dressblues88 We have freedom because of the American Revolution and the Minute Men who fought off British tyranny... Today Troops fight for elitist bankers who want control of the East and it's oil and opium trade. Learn to read a book that doesn't have centerfolds in it.

  • Comment removed

  • @dressblues88 You're a puppet for globalist imperialism; nothing more!!! Shove your fake pride up your ass with the rest of the Navy semen you took while "serving your country". What a pathetic, ignorant shill you are, fuck-stain. Iraq wasn't about freedom of speech, Afghanistan isn't about securing civil liberties... ur a tool of ZOG. Grow up, get educated, then try to debate History with me, jarhead ball washer.

  • @dressblues88

Yo brother. Do take note of your language here. You are seperating yourself from the very people you proclaim to protect. You're not a Marine. You were (or are) IN the Marine Corp. What you - and all the rest of us - are is well beyond what can be encapsulated in a single word. Let's take the high road here, and leave the ra-ra propagandist bullshit at the door.

  • Comment removed

  • @dressblues88 LMAO!!! Holy jeezus, are you the poster child for retarded sheep or what? Every word out of your dick-sucking piehole is a "Patriotic" slogan of some sort; propaganda that only intelligent people, like myself, can see through... you want to go off to war and die for George Soros, be my guest fucktard, but don't think it's about my freedom; it is secured by the Constitution!!!! Damn ur dumb, boy!!!! LMAO some more @u!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @dressblues88 You have balls comparing your service for Soros with that of my neighborhood firefighers; who do help the community and risk their lives... you helping Bush and his oil barron friends didn't do the country any good, you lame putz. The Constitution will be protected by people like me, the community, not you the soldier dying overseas for GWOT; which we all know by now is just a scam to grab Mid-East oil and opium.

  • @dressblues88 Your grammar and punctuation is atrocious; did you learn that in the Corps? You're not a Marine, ur a flunky-drop out!!! The Marines I know have pride in their service, but not in the govt. that betrayed them... you're a George Soros sock puppet, doing whatever you're told. That's NOT Patriotism, that's sheepish compliance; something the Minute Man Patriot (the men who fought for this country) never did!!!

  • @spiromilhouse "The Iraq war has been won". Oh dear. Please, pick up a newspaper or watch the news.

  • This asshole knows nothing about priorities. Ever hear of Iran, Miller? Iraq was in no position to attack the US.

  • @WeedaPeople America also have wmd wepaons that could take a whole country out, but no1 bothers them, I dont know about clinton wanting to take saddam out but certainly by the mid 90s,saddam regimes had become an enemy of the american governent, but they were more interested in iraqs oil than taking out saddam, saddam himself changed the exchange rates of the oil prices into euros, then the americans got pretty angry with that, as you said they were being bribed!,

  • @StrengthFromAbove83 Wheres these articles, are you bush in diguise?

  • @Trut: All you have to do is look. They are public knowledge. there was a store of 500 shells found. Just 1 shell in the wrong hands, wrapped in conventional explosive and placed in a large arena could have killed thousands or injured hundreds of thousands of people.

In 1998 Bill Clinton wanted to take Saddam out, but the UN would not let him. He did not know they were being bribed by Hussein with oil for food money, and he had other issues to worry about.

  • @BosPercussion Bush and america have also WMDS a bit of hypocrasy seeming that usabombed two cities using nuclear weapons during the world war, and invaded countries using nuclear weapons, and consistantly supply israel with nuclear arms, and their was no evidence of wmds, and american themselves were supplying saddam weapons long before the gulf war

  • @TheTruth8018 no evidence of WMDs? oh really? I can show you at LEAST 2 articles proving you wrong... DEAD wrong.

  • @tren: Isn't it amazing how people do not udnerstand what the 1991 war surrender agreements meant? The agreement was that 100% of his arsenal of WMD would be destroyed. When they found 500 shells people said, "That is not enough", "They are old", "That is not what we were looking for"...but that is exactly what we were looking for. 100% is 100% and if 1 shell was found, that means he did not live up to his agreement. Clinton wanted to remove him from power in 1998, but people forget that too.

  • Dennis hit the nail on the head, just in case you loony lefties don't understand.

  • miller is such an idiot... using jokes to make it seem like the war is just.. HA

have fun listening to miller feed you bullshit

  • dennis miller is not funny

  • Wow, tough words. Did he sign up? No chance!

  • @LeCatnip

Dennis was/is a self admitted liberal until he reached the age of around 40. I'm 41 and I wish I would have enlisted when I was 18. Before you make some crap comment to me you should know that my son just enlisted in the UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. He made the choice on his own after 2 years of playing college football on scholarship. BTW, you can't enlist past the age of around 25.

  • Ande: I joined the Army at 27. You can enlist until 31...at least, that was the way it was when I was in. 1980's-1990's.

  • @000MrAnderson Haha. Another so called "liberal" who turns into a tough guy when he reaches his 40's? Does that not strike you as wrong that he now expects young men and women to go and die for a cause that he himself never risked anything for?

  • @LeCatnip

When you get older you may get it

  • @000MrAnderson I might get what, how to be patronising? Unfortunately with age, does not always come wisdom, as Dennis Miller proves in this video.

  • @LeCatnip So only people in the military should be allowed to speak about the war, is that your point?

  • @hraith My point is that people who talk the talk, should walk the walk, and not expect young men and women (usually from poor backgrounds) to lay down their lives so some middle-aged chicken hawk to sound tough. Sound fair?

  • @LeCatnip That sounds ideal, by which I mean childish and impractical. Most middle-aged people have acquired wisdom and experience their younger counterparts have yet to obtain, and it's rediculous to insist they join the military in order to freely express their opinion. You wouldn't suddenly agree with Miller if he were wearing a uniform anyway. And he is well past the age limit to enlist, so he cannot pick up a rifle and fight, so now he can never share his opinion? That's just stupid.

  • @hraith Is that the same "wisdom and experience" that the led us to 2 pointless and un-winnable wars? Yeah, real smart. If someone wants to war monger, I'd rather they had "wisdom and experience" of what a warzone really is, and the terrible suffering it causes. This guy talks as if war is like in the movies.

  • @LeCatnip So again - are you saying only those in the military or have actually fought in a war should have their opinions respected in the public arena on this subject? I'm sure you would not like the results of that criteria. Just admit that you want Miller to shut up because you don't like his opinion, but are too lazy to debate his points and find it easier to criticise the man instead of his arguments. And even Harry Reid has stopped saying Iraq is unwinnable - update your talking points.

  • @hraith You can choose to respect his opinion if you wish, thats up to the individual. Im just pointing out the glaring hypocrisy of a middle aged man talking tough when he himself faces no danger, but where THOUSANDS of young men and women will pay the ultimate price. I don’t respect hypocrites. On a side note however, im willing to bet he would shit his pants if the draft was ever brought back and his name got called. Ps. Hindsight destroys all his arguments, do u watch the news?

  • @LeCatnip Except he's not a hypocrite because he's not pretending to be a soldier, he's a voter with an opinion. The bigger flaw with your tired personal attack instead of substance is that it can be applied to presidents and other leaders across the political spectrum. But we must evaluate the merit of the discussion at the end of the day, which you are either unable or unwilling to do with a modicum of competence. I doubt your hindsight, compliments of "the news", is even close to reality.

  • @hraith Someone who claims to believe in a war, and persuades others to believe in the same war whilst not taking up the slack is a hypocrite, or a chickenhawk, or a coward. Whatever you want to call it.

The merit of the discussion? EVERY prediction he makes has been proven wrong!

Which part of the discussion would you like me to question? Theres so much!

He claims "We gotta protect ourselves", from who? A country proven to have no terrorist connections or WMD's? Cond.....

  • @hraith .....Cont. "We got people whining about how long the wars taking", 7 years is it now i believe?

"Hey folks, dont worry about this war, our boys are in there, we're kickin' ass!" 4,404 americans DEAD, 31,827 injured. Nice!

What discusts me most however is the "joking", "easy going" way he describes the war to come. Anyone with military experience would know that whenever you invade and occupy a country, it will be one long! Sticky! bloody! fucked up event for all involved.

  • @LeCatnip Yeah, I don't like his attitude either, being so flip and irreverent about such complex and dire dealings. But your knee-jerk reaction to cry hypocrite and shut down the voice is even worse. You can call people names, go you.

Again, if some 50 year olds thinks military action is appropriate he should first seek a congressional waiver to enlist at that age just so he can speak out? But let me guess: if he's against the war we should all hear him out, right?

  • @hraith You seem to think im trying to silence the man. Im not, and i couldnt. But a 50 year old man talking big about a war he wont be involved in is laughable. If he brought forward some serious arguments, and didnt try to sound like a tough guy with other peoples lifes, then so be it. But he isnt. If you cant see hypocrisy in that then i give up!

Anyone can support a war, and i would never try and silence them, but for god sake dont try and convince people it'll be a walk in the park.

  • @LeCatnip just so we're clear - is it okay to speak out against the war if you're not part of it? or is your standard conveniently only for those on the other side of the discussion?

  • @hraith Of course it is! if anything it should be encouraged. Imagine how different the world would be if EVERYONE was against war? Sounds pretty sweet to me! If you support a war however, i welcome you to try and convince me of it, however ill respect your opinion more if your risking your own blood rather than others. There's too many middle aged "tough guys" in the US who have never thrown a punch in their life but propagate these wars. G.W.Bush's "Bring it on!" speach springs to mind.

  • @LeCatnip The problem is people with unresolvable diferences have to agree to this. Otherwise, this dream sucks because you the are no longer alive or have no say in your life. Until our enemies agree to this, nothing happens except you become lambs at the slaughter. You must not be a behaviorist. I firmly believe that in a consequence-free world, people will exploit what gain they can achieve. If you don't believe this needs to be guarded against, then go sit with the meek.

  • @BosPercussion There certainly are people who exploit any gain they can, and they're very often the American government, or in the arms/oil trade.

  • @hraith Did I miss anything?
