way to fast Flash flash flash. You do that so no one can really see your lack of quality and technique---oh yea I for got youre not woodworking your super stars !
It all went by so fast, you couldn't see a thing that was being done. I know we're in the "sound byte" generation but this is ridiculous! I can see why one would need crack to watch this.
DIY videos for the hyperactive. How can anyone possibly build this table using this video? Give the editor a good dose of ritalin and put this thing together at a pace that makes it useful.
Doesnt seem to work? I thought the wood that ya cutt on the chop saw should be flush with it and not the table? the pop up table doesnt come up High enough or am I missing something??? thx
What's your hurry? If you slowed this down it'd be sooo much better. Before I can focus on one image you've already switched to another... I'll be constantly pausing this to really see what's going on...
Is there a detailed plan for this workbench on line anywhere I really like the pop up table idea for the saw but this vid only vaguely shows a just how its done
Was it really necessary to go into such excruciating detail and drag this out into a full minute and 9 seconds? Next time, just get to the point and forget all the needless detail.
I used this guide to build a frame for a 4'x8' rolling work table. The helpful picture is at 0:17. I recommend diagonal braces between the 4x4s and top portion of frame to square the table. Mine was a bit off without them.
i like your video despite all the negative comments by viewers that aren't familiar with the "pause" button on the screen toolbar. some good ideas. thanks!
A great F-22 needs three things, a pop-up 20mm cannon, storage for air-to-air missiles, and wheels for mobility. Here's how you can make your own! The first step is to construct the F-22's frame. Next, construct an additional frame, and add it to the bottom of the main frame, this will hold the missiles. For the pop up cannon, cut a piece of sheet metal to fit the size of the M61A2 Vulcan. Add the wheels and now your F-22 Raptor is ready to work for you.
Thank you for such an eye opener, super helpful video. I thought I knew how to build a work table...then I saw your video. Thank you for great people like you, and this great YouTube.
Since youre already talking so fast and we really got nothing fropm your vid , go ahead tell us how to add more shit that will confuse us... a peg board, drawers, WiFi, a coffee pot, rockets booster.....and did anybody see anything POP up?
@christopherhicks82 If you pause the video (and you'll absolutely have to) you'll see that the "pop up table" puts the chopsaw cutting surface level with the work bench surface. This is pretty useful for stablizing wood that you're cutting. The other hinged panel is a take up support for holding the cut off end. The only problem is, they don't tell you to measure down the depth of the chopsaw base. They also don't explain how to do a plunge cut....
This seems a little complicated. lol I built a workbench and posted it. Its pretty straight forward to do, nothing fancy, I just wanted a workbench. It doesn't have a popup table. That doesn't look very sturdy. I used the MDF fop and the second shelf.
First.. make a frame. Then...another frame. Cut some wood and make a top. Screw them together and add a saw. Now your work table is ready to work for you.
Nice work table, no plans on the DIY Network Site. Probably work better with the saw in the middle and a dead bolt or two could hold the pop up miter saw. It'd work for a portable table saw as well. 7/16 OSB ply wood is $7 vs $40 for 3/4 Pressure Treated ply wood.
