People don't realise that when you're walking you are really only carrying it on 1 leg only, (at a time),/ big difference than on 2 etc.! Click on, (strongman in upper michigan carry's log), on youtube videos for the cool down,/ pump work.

I think what is most admirable about Derek and what I see is that he apparently isn't and doesn't dwell on defeat. With the hype that surrounded him going into WSM and the result he could have been depressed or whatever but he's not....he's back at it...Working hard. KEEP IT UP DEREK!
