Now why would they diss AKAs yet they are stepping in skirts JUST like the the AKAs. I am shocked at them. Yes, this routine is sloppy, and the skirts make it look even worse. I have seen Alpha Chapter Zetas do much better and even win DURING THE HOWARD HOMECOMING STEP SHOW! They also look silly dissing themselves. They need to stick to stepping because they have NO ROOM to diss.

It's about time that Zetas at Howard really speak to the antiquated racial stereotyping that Howards seems to embrace so deeply which is absolutely pathetic in this day and time...such self-hatred of "blackness" observed among the Greeks, especially the sororities there is total insanity! This was a spectacular show with depth and a real message about Black identity ! GOMAB!

I really enjoyed the show. Loved the theme, great continuity, transitions, difficulty, and entertainment value. My only problems were that a couple of you were not confident in your steps and thus appeared lazy at times. The other thing was the uniform choice...if the straps or accessories keep falling on the dress then you need to make accomadations for that to be prevented or change the outfit. Other than those things it was a COMPLETE SHOW!

@HunnyLuv82 you are correct you "can" step in anything [as evidenced by the fact, that they are stepping in skirts], however there is a difference between what you "can" step in and what you "should" step in. and skirts [although they seem to have something under them] show off all the goodies while pants would cover them up.

@immigratty These are dress suits, not just "skirts", incorporated into the Barbie theme. In any competition what is more important about dress is the uniformity of the team & the versatility of the uniform itsself. In this case the dresses were not suitable for the arm movements in the show. I've seen teams in all manners of clothing and the only thing that mattered at the end of the day was the precision of the steps & the showmanship of the group.

Wow, this year the step show looks like all the teams brought their 'A' game. There was stepping and a mix of theatrics. I am really impressed by all the shows. Good job.
