Actually, the "right" way to train WM is before most other skills, while your combat power is still low (under 695). That way, Zombies are boss level to you you instead of awful, dramatically reducing the time you need to spend ranking windmill (zombies are plentiful and easy to kill, making their rank as boss a must for speedier windmill training).

Looks like these guys let their CP get to high, and that is why they are fooling around with golems.
