The unrelated hidden passive is that when singed is on low life he becomes invulnerable to people chasing him.

The related hidden passive is when hes on low hp people automatically start chasing him.

if fizz uses his ult on a yordle/small champ (like annie or teemo) and it kills them then there body will be gone and they will not apear dead on screen...they will just be....gone.

ehm spells arent required for the urf, he pops up if you stand nearby, and there could be other explanations for the random +5xp, such as a bonus you gain if you chance disconnect :/
