Well this video is definitely not for the English version. The lyrics are not even a Chinese translation of the English lyrics. In fact, that is a video for the Chinese version. It's basically the same song, perhaps the meaning of the lyrics are a little bit different but other than that not much different.  It's even sang by the same people, so I don't understand your question....
